Open WorkBench

Open WorkBench is an open source and free desktop application and project managing tool with resource scheduling features. Multiple editions are available, one with source code available as well (the 2005 edition) and a more recently updated edition supported (but also free), with updates from developers from the former CA Technologies (now Broadcom).
