Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use OnRamp for both customer facing onboarding and internal project management. It allows us to more effectively request data from customers, review submissions, and empower customers to access key information from a single place rather than having endless emails to go through.

Pros

  • Timeline targets for task completion
  • Single portal for task review and submissions
  • Customer facing tasks, sub-tasks and instructions

Cons

  • Full management overview of all active projects in a Kansan style board would be good
  • Tracking internal ad hoc tasks for projects like customer reported bugs or features, would be great to have follow up targets and better ways to track allocations for these
  • Better way to return to a task overview after editing sub-task builders (at the moment it returns to the list and not the specific task or module)

Likelihood to Recommend

Requesting and collating customer data and submissions is awesome - they see exactly what we need and can work through in their own time. This has been a game changer for us. the timeline is awesome too. it is less appropriate for managing ad hoc tasks internally

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for new clients, a great way for us to walk through their onboarding process. We use this for acountability on the buinsess side as well as the client side. It is a great way to keep everything up to date and organized as well as keep us well on track with certain dates.

Pros

  • Accountability of certain tasks
  • breaking down what is needed for each task
  • Being able to submit forms or ask for certain information

Cons

  • Better notification process
  • a notes or chat section

Likelihood to Recommend

For in depth large clients with a lot of information and a big build this is a great way to keep things organized, especially if a lot of people are involved. It is not as useful for smaller clients that do not require as much work or required documents
