This was used for ensured security and privacy on a HIPPA and PCI compliant platform with the ease of storing employee passwords so that the tech team was not consistently bombarded by forgetfulness from the employees. This solved both our privacy concerns as well as a more efficient flow of priority tickets for our technology team. This allowed us to show investors for additional funding all of the privacy measures we had implemented for our software and partners.
Pros
Privacy and Security for Compliance
Ease of Employee Efficiency
Enhanced Security for Remote Workers
Easy Secure Storing of Passwords for Multiple Softwares Within the Company
Cons
Two Factor Identification When Troubleshooting Connection Errors
Loading Time with VPN Use
Public Wifi Privacy Blocking
Ability to Mass Change Passwords
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for a company that needs to provide privacy compliance for banking, health, social security, etc. in order to satisfy agreements with partners when using several different CRMs, TPA's, Softwares, etc. on a daily basis. It is not well suited for home-built CRM's that do not have the capability perhaps yet in their functionality to be integrated with OneLogin by One Identity. It is more suited for Mac + Apple users because the phones and company provided laptops sync so much better than a Windows + Apple or Mac + Android.
We have implemented OneLogin as a solution in our organization. We are using it as an Identity and Single Sign-on and have integrated more than 30 business applications. The purpose of this implementation is to ensure internal users have a seamless experience when accessing business apps so that they don't have to remember so many passwords and also to have centralized control over the identity of these business apps. For example, when a user resigns, we can terminate the access on OneLogin and this will ensure access will get de-activated for other apps, so we don't have to manually remove the access. Applications that we have integrated include in-house as well as third-party apps, including cloud-based apps.
Pros
The application integration part is easy to deploy.
The dashboard is good and user-friendly.
The portal can be accessed from anywhere since we have gone to the cloud-based model.
It provides a secure solution with certificate management that can restrict access from unauthorized apps.
The technical support is good.
Cons
The data center is not in India.
The audit trail could be improved.
More solution integrators need to be based in India. For example, Okta is popular in India.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is good for large enterprises having more than 100+ business apps that want to have centralized control over the identity and use it as an SSO. OneLogin has the capability to integrate with all types of platforms, including cloud-based apps. Integration is easy, however, the in-house team has to play a larger role in the implementation as it is very time consuming and organizations have to adopt a phase-wise approach for implementation. The licensing policy is good. I do not recommend this solution for small or mid-size organizations that have very few apps. Also, it would be tough for organizations who have very stringent privacy and data localization guidelines.

Every employee in our company uses OneLogin, and it helps us securely store our credentials, strong long passwords are a must for security nowadays, but it's almost impossible for humans to remember them and storing them in notes is a security breach by itself so that's when OneLogin comes in and encrypts all the sensitive data before saving it, OneLogin also gives us easy access whenever we need to log in to our apps.
Pros
The ability to store credentials for different apps
One click login to all the platforms
Top-notch security
Cons
The mobile app is not the best and it could use some improvements
Likelihood to Recommend
OneLogin is a must-have for every company looking to secure their accounts and avoid security breaches, our experience using it is very positive so far, and I would recommend it to everyone who values their privacy and security, and it's also a great fix for forgotten passwords because you just have to remember one password now to unlock everything.
I use OneLogin to streamline my workday by allowing myself to get into a productive mode quicker. I am currently using it for my multiple applications & also for web-based logins. The most important feature of OneLogin is that it is encrypted from end-to-end, so there is less of a security risk compared to traditional password storage.
Pros
Encryption
One login for all my applications
Less time spent contacting my internal Help Desk Team
Cons
More applications (I have one or two that is not yet supported)
Likelihood to Recommend
OneLogin is the holistic solution for an enterprise looking for a way to simplify, streamline & secure user login's to on-premise & cloud-based applications. Less forgotten passwords mean fewer lockouts and manual intervention from our internal IT team, which means more time in everybody's day to do something else productive instead of password housekeeping.

Normally it's so hard as humans to remember the credentials of everything we use in our day-to-day lives. Before we used OneLogin, we had less secure ways to save those credentials as notes, etc., but with OneLogin, everything is much easier and more secure. We use OneLogin to save our credentials for different applications. The cool thing is we can log them once and save time.
Pros
Stores the user credentials.
Help to manage different accounts.
Can log in for all the platforms with one click.
Easy to implement SAML SSO applications.
Cons
Users do not receive notification when password is about to expire.
Forcing to use secondary device.
Should be able to skip training if user already knows about the system.
Likelihood to Recommend
Very simple, user-friendly GUI. It saves a lot of time by remembering the credentials and logging them once. Easy to implement SAML SSO applications. Provides reasonable pricing plans. Their support is very friendly and quick. Whenever we needed their support, they got our back. Works fine with mobile. That's really cool.
OneLogin helps us with our single sign-on. We have a bunch of software currently being used with it to help facilitate our users to log in as an example we use it for our HRIS system. My department maintains it. We also use it for our share point site.
Pros
Helps secure log in.
Helps users log in without passwords.
Tracks all log ins for in house software.
Cons
Interface updates.
Use with more apps.
Easier use on mobile.

For the room for improvement, they are merely suggestions as one login is a great tool. It helps for us because it allows our legal team as well as the admin staff the ability to quickly, simply, and most importantly securely log into the applications we have at our firm. It makes it easy with a one-click sign-in connecting directly to our active directory.
We chose to use OneLogin to simplify the number of passwords required by different services as well as easy access to find all of the services we use. Each employee has four accounts that they automatically are given, as well as additional services that can be added dependent upon role.
Pros
Only have to use one password
Easy to access in one place
Easy search feature
Cons
Logs me out too often
Cannot log into some services when they know OneLogin is used which is frustrating
Can take more time than just signing in
Likelihood to Recommend
I would say that OneLogin would be good for companies that use many different services. It helps to provide a library of all different services and make it easy to access them. It is beneficial as well to only have one password. The one downfall with OneLogin, however, is that it can slow down the process to access the services. You have to go to OneLogin, many times re-login and then have to be redirected to the other site, which is just an increase in steps.
OneLogin is used as a single sign on platform to access all business applications across all departments.
Most if not all business applications support single sign on, ensuring a smoother on boarding and off boarding experience, a central application dashboard and easier login experience.
Pros
Single sign on
User management
Application dashboard
Seamless integration with most apps
Cons
Pricing - can be a bit steep for not for profits and vs competitors
Custom css and login pages
License management within applications
Likelihood to Recommend
Where businesses want a single login across multiple applications
Improved access control across all business apps
When high turnover of staff presents a security risk

OneLogin is being used across the organization as a whole since it is used for security purposes. I feel that OneLogin makes our work feel protected and important. Another great feature is that once we log onto OneLogin, our company's frequently used software automatically shows up on a single page.
Pros
Secured
Organized tools
Cons
Customize landing pages would be nice.

I would highly recommend OneLogin to a friend since it's pretty user-friendly, efficient to use, and makes working with different programs feel secure. I don't have any negative feedback about OneLogin. It's a pretty straightforward software, and I am happy my company selected this to be our unified access management platform.
