Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a global company with global partners and customers - being able to share documents in a controlled fashion widely is main use. We find the tool easy to use, easy to set up security, and less invasive than other tools. Fewer conflicts with various operating and customer/partner environments.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

One hub allows my company to track the attended trainings of another company. We host trainings for companies and they want to know who attended. They could want to know right away or 6 months from now. Having one hub allows us to store attendee information and easily share it with our client companies.

Onehub is well suited to store documents and organize them in a simple layout. These documents can then be shared with your team who have access to your onehub account or you can send a link of the documents to an outside source who can only view the documents you select.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use Onehub for uploading documents and storing in the cloud. Then used the secure link to share draft and final reports with clients and externals. Department use Onehub to share working documents for collaboration on projects and able to use on phone, tablet or laptop. Provides a more secure way of sharing files than sending via email.

Pros

Able to customize the pages where you keep files and documents, helping to keep organized.
Uploading files is an easy process.
Has reliable security for keeping documents safe. Uses a 2-factor authentication process.

Cons

Some movements of files and folders can be clunky.
Would like a feature like DocuSign for signing confidential documents (unless I just haven't found that feature yet).

It works nicely for keeping documents secure, the 2-factor authentication feature provides peace of mind that files and account is secure. Being able to customize your workspace and having easy uploads is nice and like the ability to collaborate with externals on documents. Our department uses the program mainly for sharing Draft & Final documents, then the client reviews and sends back edits or approves of the final document. This can all be done through the program which is more secure than through email.
