Their Functional Capacity Evaluation Software system determines if a client is putting forth full and consistent effort and whether their pain reports are reliable. It determines the exact percentage of the job an injured employee can perform and can be used for disability purposes. The software knows if it is performing a baseline FCE (tests the overall physical demands of gainful employment) or a job specific FCE (compares functional abilities to the physical demands of a job) and will change reports accordingly.

And the OccuPro Post Offer/Pre Employment Testing Software can be used to design and perform POETs from scratch, based on an essential function analysis or store previously designed tests from any device that has an internet connection. The system automatically determines if a candidate passes or fails the test based on its design or it can provide baseline placement data for customers. When performing pass/fail testing the software will automatically calculate and easily disseminate pass/fail outcome data.
