An Incredibly Affordable Survey / Poll Platform with a Large Toolkit for Growth

I work within an administrative team at my company. My role consists of presenting and interpreting data both between internal business units and external customers. My company has decided to use Novi Survey as its primary survey tool, primarily because of the incredible price-point at scale. Novi Survey is not used throughout all business areas in my organization, however, it is largely used within nearly all admin areas of the company. The platform does a fantastic job of providing a space where one can create surveys and forms efficiently and effectively. I utilize Novi Survey in my work group in order to create pre-work surveys prior to on-site visits to customers. I can create and select surveys from templates and modify to fit specific customer specifications quite easily. Furthermore, the tool allows the data to be extracted to other formats such as excel. In my experience, Novi Survey has worked well for many of our business consulting requirements.

Cons
- The user-interface of Novi Survey is rather dated. There are many other survey tools that look more up to date.
- One has to spend a significantly larger amount of time in order to create surveys. The platform is much more manual than others.
- There is a lack of pre-made templates that can help new users out - especially among most standard types of surveys.
Likelihood to Recommend
Novi Survey works really well as a cost-effective option for companies looking to provide surveys and polls to a larger audience. The cost helps provide a great incentive for users to learn the (more complicated) service and save previous templates to save time in the future. The platform enables users the opportunity to export survey / poll results to other formats (such as excel) and quantify the data more effectively.
The platform does struggle in immediate availability for users - as there is a larger learning curve compared to other options out in the market. So, if one is looking for immediate speed and accessibility to a platform, they may want to look for another option. However, if there is a dedicated user who is willing to train and improve, then this may be the platform for you.
