Use Cases and Deployment Scope
The Northstar Restaurant POS is what we use to run all Point-of-Sale operations in our club. We use it in the main restaurant and bar, the banquet bar, our on-course bar and beverage cart, and at the pool. This product allows us to use the same system for all of our Point-of-sale needs, allowing us to cross-utilize employees in different areas on the same system.
Pros
- Very Customizable
- Allows for a large number of items to be added
- Same system can be used at multiple locations
Cons
- Once an item is in the system it cannot be removed
- Can be complicated on the back end if prices need adjusted
- If you have a large customized menu, the tableside POS does function properly
