Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In today's world, we are generating lots of data by using many websites, portals, apps, etc. So we required a tool like NordPass Business to manage the credentials. In my organization, I am using different types of the portal (Government and Corporates) to make our participation in the published tender/RFPs. This tool gives quick access across the websites.

Pros

This tool manage your credentials easily
This tool warn you for password vulnerability periodically
Dashboard friendly

Cons

Less options to manage credentials
There are situations when multi-factor authentication is inaccurate sometimes

When I was logged into my office system one day for a tender, my machine abruptly stopped operating. My IT person was unable to fix the issue and informed me that it would take more time to operate. In the meantime, they gave me a replacement machine so that I could finish my task. I entered the website where my tender was due using the NordPass Business, and I finished the assignment without missing a beat.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use NordPass Business for managing all my passwords - I have about a million places I need to log in. NordPass Business has been incredible to ensure security because of the sensitive data in our platforms.

Pros

password management
mobile app
adding notes on passwords - i.e. security questions
secure password generation
chrome extension is awesome

Cons

Sometimes the desktop app glitches and I have to restart my pc
sometimes I have to log into the desktop app + the chrome extension

Likelihood to Recommend

-well suited for a SaaS company with employees that need to manage passwords for many users
-great for secure password generation - both for yourself and for initial client logins
-love the chrome extension and mobile apps to make it easy on the go, knowing my passwords are secure and I can face ID with the app to login anywhere nearly instantly
