My WordPress website and checkout was not really fast and I don't have the technical knowledge or time to get into the nitty-gritty of it. I also saw my metrics according to Google were bad or failing. All these things impact our business. Once I installed NitroPack my speed and metrics really improved. Any support issues were dealt with quickly as well. The installation was pretty seamless and step by step. I really don't touch the plugin unless I need to do a full cache flush.
