We get monthly cybersecurity videos from Ninjio. It helps keep our users aware and vigilant. It also helps us stay compliant with our cybersecurity insurance. I can track the users' responses and scores and easily add remove users as needed.

Great content, with exciting plot lines, the voice acting is prime, and the animation is very catchy (we use the anime version). I recommend the Ninjio Cyber Security education for everyone; it reduced the number of security issues by more than 80% after we started the rollout for the entire company. The adoption by the end-users was fast, and we always get great feedback, especially with the Friends and Family benefit. Amazing product overall, especially if you have access to the phishing simulator.

While our company has a robust information security training program, the once-a-year frequency was not the best way to ensure everyone had the dangers they were protecting the company against in the forefront of their minds as they went about their daily tasks. NINJIO was selected to be an 'extra' to our information security awareness training, helping us to get people talking about information security with their colleagues and to bring in an element of fun and competition into what can be often seen as a 'dry' subject matter.

Pros

Engages - People enjoy the videos, they are fun and interesting and they get people talking.
Customer Service - NINJIOs customer service is some of the most amazing I have ever experienced in any industry.
Simplifies - Information Security and the way breaches happen can be very complicated and technical, NINJIO manages to distill this down to easily understandable situations and ways the issue could have been avoided.
Great Value - NINJIO offers additional peace of mind for your information security at a very reasonable cost.

Cons

Reporting - I've had a few issues with reporting. Not wanting to pay extra for the API - we needed to download user data including one of the additional fields to upload to our HR system - This could not be done directly through the system and is currently being done for us by NINJIO, it solved the problem, but it would be easier I imagine if we could do it ourselves.
It would be great if I could take people already added to the system, put them into a group, and send out a campaign, and the results of that campaign are added to their total in the system if I choose it, instead of having to add multiple records and not having them a link in any way.
It would be helpful if, when a person was deleted, it would show on reports that they were now deleted.

Likelihood to Recommend

NINJIO has worked very well in getting the basic information security message of careful consideration when using information out to what is essentially a siloed business. Information security is seen as an 'IT' thing and does not give the same level of precedence as FCA compliance. So rolling out the NINJIO videos has allowed me to reach the whole company at once in a way they can't ignore, the fact that it has also been positively received and instigates internal dialogue is also a huge advantage. I honestly can't think of a scenario where NINJIO would not be appropriate.

We use NINJIO as part of our Cyber awareness Training requirement for our Cyber insurance. Because our employees are extremely busy throughout the day, we needed a product that can provide an enjoyable and quick way to train. NINJIO also offers us a Client Success Manager so the company doesn't have to put effort into scheduling videos. NINJIO has addressed this need to the fullest extent and we are very satisfied with the service!

I originally came across NINJIO while researching end-user awareness training options. Their product brings a more user-friendly and relatable approach to very technical topics. Their approach is very engaging without being overwhelming to me (the support end) and to the end-user. The content is short and concise as to not lose the interest of the end-user. Their back-end reporting system gives the admin a very easy-to-read dashboard along with content tracking. Their library is voluminous and updated frequently with new and current "real world" related content. I would highly recommend their product to others looking for a very unique and engaging way to enhance your end-user awareness.

NINJIO brings a more modern and user-friendly approach to today's current threat vectors that not only applies to the workplace but also to everyday lives. Their professionally generated voice acting is spot on and even adds a level of humor to rather serious topics which I believe helps ease the mindset of the end-users and reduce their overall "fear factor". I have yet to come across any of their content or use case that hasn't applied to our environment.

All 100+ Staff here use NINJIO monthly to improve all-around security awareness and have seen improvement plus staff self willing involvement, everyone looks forward to the fun videos and how to protect themself plus the company. We have had many staff tell us stories of how they stopped scams in their tracks from what they have learned here. I can't recommend it enough!

We have had a number of phishing attack's over a 6 month period and needed to make users more security-aware. We needed to have our users become more aware of the security issues and concerns out in the world. We felt this would better secure our own environment and our users personally.

We use NINJIO to keep employees informed and aware of the importance of cyber security. Using NINJIO helps keep security top-of-mind and alert to potential incoming breaches. We have been able to recognize phishing emails and other types of security threats through the training these videos provide. Everyone enjoys these short videos so it is easy to get everyone to watch them within a couple of days of receiving the email notification of a new video.

I wish I could be more helpful in this area, but we are so pleased with NINJIO program as it currently is.

We have benefited most with regard to email and cyber security. We don't use or save or store credit card information or bank accounts so that is not an as likely risk for our business. I think there was only one video that was not as applicable to our business, but I allowed it to be sent to employees because I could see how individuals could benefit in their personal lives. We do business with banks and receive security audits by our clients at least annually. One area auditors scrutinize is what kind of training we provide to employees for cyber security awareness. Having a program that is monthly and ongoing throughout the year has been well received as appose to providing a once or twice a year training program.
