I think normally, in my day-to-day, I have to navigate multiple screens or reach max GUI sessions fast, a multi-tab, or a way not to lose or manage multiple views. This would help me, as a dev/tester, navigate through processes faster.
We use SAP Enterprise Portal to manage, report, and track expenses for travel and other resources. Employees use this on an individual level and a departmental level.

The portal is very useful in tracking and reporting the expenses of individuals. It make requesting reimbursement and approving expenditures simple, quick, and easily trackable.

Expense management was a highlight for me. The mobile application was relatively robust and easy to use. However, anything on the web (i.e. expense, travel, etc) was extremely clunky and a very dated user experience.
I have experience of this being used as our staff portal for accessing our payslips and personal information. I found it did the job but was clunky, often went down, and wasn't that intuitive to use. Fortunately, I only need to check it/use it a few times a month so it didn't really impact my view of the software.

As a user I can't say too much about this, I used the end product to view work schedules, booking management, and payslip access. I know that my line manager found it very hard to use and it was not that well integrated. Often you could not go back easily after clicking something and it was hard to view multiple areas at once.
I was encharged of leading a group of trucks with the idea to transport material (gravel, granite, etc..) to different locations, so I used SAP to monitor carrier performance, gain greater visibility into supply chains, and provide accurate and up-to-the-minute information about shipments and supply chain performance. With this information, I could keep the traceability of the material in the company.

Track and keep updated the inventories Less: Not feasible for complicated business processes like manufacturing concerns. limited features with respect to the Production module and some of the finance-related features are missing, in general works but not in the way that you expect.
