Its six modules include Grant Management, Case Management, Loan Processing, Construction & Rehab, Asset Management, Reporting.

Grant Management - Approve, Allocate & Monitor Grant Funds & Activities

• Accept, review, and score grant applications (CDBG, CSBG & ESG)
• Allocate and track sub-recipient grant funding
• Submit invoices, accomplishment reports, and Section 3 reports
• Track program income
• Generate CAPERs reports

• Manage beneficiary, sub-recipient, and contractor data
• Upload and store documents
• Generate stakeholder notifications and actions required emails
• Get reports on beneficiary demographic and income data
• Document and store all "case" interactions

• Manage loan applications and approval workflow
• Qualify beneficiaries based on local HUD income/asset limits
• Generate all loan documentation
• Originate and administer amortized, deferred, and forgivable loans
• Monitor compliance during the beneficiary period of affordability

Construction & Rehab - Collaborate with Contractors from Bid to Payment

• Create property work write-ups and bid specifications
• Enable online contractor notifications and bids
• Allocate project funding based on one or multiple funding sources
• Manage contractor draw requests and change orders

Asset Management - Manage Compliance During Affordability Period

• Complete compliance audits, including tenant file reviews and unit inspections
• Track the project's financial performance
• Upload rent rolls to determine the affordability of units
• Coordinate with property managers on cure requirements

Reporting - Generate Standard & Ad-Hoc Reports

• Produce standard HUD CAPERs reports
• Create & save ad-hoc reports based on unique queries
• Export data to Excel or 3rd party data mart for further manipulation
• Display housing, economic & community development activities on a map
