Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used n8n to build an automation tool that scraped my competitors Instagram pages and developed scripts for my own clients. It was an awesome experience and, even though I had 0 experience with software development, I was able to figure it out very easily. I believe that is the coolest part of n8n, it gave me means to build something in a couple days that I would've taken ages beforehand.

For any sort of automation I think it could handle it. The only thing that makes it a 9/10 for me is pricing. There should be cheaper options.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I usually use N8N to replace manual and repetitive workflows that take users a lot of time to do manually. It works great when you have a clear and efficient process that needs to be automated to bring more efficiency to the organization. I tend to say that where there is a process, a spreadsheet, and a human, that's where N8N shines.

Pros

Updating informations on a CRM.
Searching information of the web to qualify and enrich leads.
Create customer service agents that use AI.

Cons

It is not the most user-friendly tool, and a few non-technical users might get scared of it at first.
The learning curve is a bit too steep for beginners when tackling complex problems.
Some of the integrations require more technical knowledge.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is simply great for replacing manual and repetitive tasks, as well as for more complex ones where you need to work a little bit harder to get the whole process well represented inside the app. It is an excellent app for learning how to build agents using AI, going from simple to more complex solutions as you evolve.

n8n has been a gamechanger for my business. I've been using it for about a year now. It's given me an opportunity to build professional automations without the need to code. I have automated major aspects of my business like - lead generation, outreach, inbound sales, content generation, and much more with just dragging and dropping nodes plus im also a verified template creator.

it should also show the execution while its running instead of showing when its completed

n8n is well suited for people who are tech savvy but don't know how to code - there are endless things we can automate with n8n. It could be anything from a job to entire business could be automated with n8n and personal tasks as well with just drag and drop workflows but when it comes to older people or people who are not that familiar with tech, for them it might be difficult to use because it has this dev kind of vibe to it but overall I think it is easy to learn and has endless opportunities and tasks to automate.
