Pros

Cons
- Possibility for harmful behaviors, such as eating disorders.
- Depending on age, notifications should be different.
Likelihood to Recommend
I really like using MyFitnessPal personally but also am aware of my triggers and how monitoring my weight could turn into unhealthy behavior. I do not recommend it if people are not at that point, but only if folks want to monitor their weight/food intake.
