Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As operations manager we use Motive for our planning, location tracking, servicing, safety and logbook management. being able to integrate all of these functions helps streamline our operation and the added fuel card allows cost tracking for each vehicle. We have Motive running on a large screen, so we all know the location of our branch vehicles. We can have service schedules added and keep track of the drivers logbook and safety. The cameras allow for added safety, both for the driver and the public at large. The Motive program is easy to use and has a range of tools to suit most operations.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Truck location and how many addresses it travels through the day, this helps me determined if the time reported its accurate with what Motive, in order to have accuracy on the billing side, I can determine hours of work plus any breaks the crew has taken to match what the crew reports at the end of the day.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Motive to track trucks, provide customers with ETA's, and provide safety insights for all of our drivers. Monitor trucks' maintenance status, assist drivers in proper log keeping. Maintain time logs for job billing, and keep track of employee hours. We also use Motive to keep digital truck files with VIN numbers and license plate information.

Motive is a great option for fleet tracking and keeping track of DOT driver logs. Technology through the system is easy to work with as dispatcher for the company I work for, as well as being a driver for the company. Driver logs are easily done through your personal cell phone. Motive keeps us compliant and has a great user interface. Highly recommended
