TeamViewer Remote Management, including the capabilities of the former Monitis, is a cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) software suite. The solution includes a website performance monitoring platform that utilizes Real User Monitoring to measure a variety of metrics for website performance and health and send alerts when performance thresholds are crossed. The solution also provides a prebuilt API, along with integrations and plugins to third-party programs to customize monitoring environments.

Additional capabilities include network device monitoring, IT asset management, patch management and software deployment, as well as endpoint management and protection capabilities with integrations with popular tools.
