Provide a competitive solution at a fair price
Between the 11 co-founders, they have years of experience at large companies like NewsCorp so felt we were in good hands
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud & serverless development best practices i.e. BigQuery, AppEngine, DataFlow

Cons

We did have to have several meetings to iron out our solution requirements but this was more our fault than Mondo’s

All in all - it is very difficult to find a business transformation partner with the knowledge & experience that Mondo brings to the table. We found cost savings from engaging with them but also found new opportunities to monetize our offering with their expertise. In addition - their knowledge of serverless tools is probably saving us money on our Google bill!
