In TrustRadius reviews, 67% of users leverage the platform for project and task management, streamlining processes like program registration and tracking project progress. Reviewers consistently highlight its high customizability, intuitive user interface, and robust automation capabilities as key strengths, fostering an organized and efficient working environment.
The platform's ability to generate time savings and improve collaboration contributes positively to business objectives. I use monday.com every day. When someone gives me a task, I add it to my schedule in monday.com so I will not forget it. I also add descriptions and details for that task so I remember every important detail. It is as simple as that. My colleagues also use this because it is really helpful since we track each other progress via monday.com.
Pros
Track tasks and progress
Shared tasks
Planing projects
Communication between users
Cons
Add more customization (styles etc.)
Better communication like real-time chat, something like Microsoft Teams
Add reactions for Tasks

monday.com, for me is suited for everything. I learned about it at work, and i use it daily. Best use of this is in team of three or more people, but you can use it by yourself. I mostly use it for my task to do at work, because with this, I will not forget what to do including all details for that specific task. In my opinion it is the best Project Manager, I aslo use it in my free time as task planner.
we use monday.com for different purposes: to assign tasks and give the deadlines, to have an updates and to collaborate with the teammates easily and quickly. the option of the follow-ups and automation notifications gives us opportunity not to overlook and miss anything. it is also very good tool to monitor the tasks and projects, if they're done or not.
Pros
automation
monitoring
management
customizing columns
Cons
notifications sometimes don't work
it gets shut down occasionally
I would love to have an option where the boards will be linked to each other, and the information will update in sync

I would definetely reccomend monday.com to a freind as it is easier to have all of your to-dos and tasks in one space, it has very intuitive design and integrated AI tool is so helpful, however it still needs improvement. it helps our work-flow and helps us monitor the tasks and see of how many tasks are assigned to a person, so we can distribute them fairly.

It is really great for most scenarios, no matter what work you do, as each board is so customizable and easy to use. It may be more difficult to use in scenarios such as mapping planning - for example, we make signage plans and it is not suitable for that kind of work at all.

The use case is practically all marketing activities in our business. Business problems = too many spreadsheets, things being saved in different places, not having clear responsibility for each task required. Monday helps put it all in one place and assigns clear responsibility for each task. Another benefit of it being in one place is that it helps us to see where our resources can stretch, basically seeing how many activities will fall into one time period. This can be super helpful in setting expectations for projects.
Pros
Automation/integrations - Choosing from template automation or creating your own, integrate across platforms.
Dashboards - Different views i.e. kanban, gantt chart, tables, forms.
All info in one place - Add all of the necessary files for each task inside of Monday; don't need to go looking for ages in different folders on our internal system, add comments, and add assignees to each task—very content-rich way of presenting information.
Cons
I can't think of any, to be honest; it is a really good platform that I think we will be using for a long, long time.

For content marketers, I would 100% recommend Monday.com. Applications like Trello are OK for basic tasks, but I think Monday is superior when you're running campaigns alongside regular content plus ad-hoc tasks (or have more than one product to market). I can see it working well for different scenarios, like sales, customer service, and finance, but I can only speak for my industry.
monday.com sits perfectly in-between having a pre-built off the shelf program and building your own from scratch. It's flexible enough so you can build your products yourself without relying on external developers. And it is high level enough so it's easy to pick up and teach yourself how to use it. I am completely self-taught and have built boards that now support various teams with project management, operational flow, a Llama farm (I'm not joking, check it out). And I'm not the only one.
Pros
Easy to pick up
Online community
Flexible
Provides built-in examples
Cons
Importing data to existing boards from outside of monday.com where there is no integration, e.g. Excel. When I try to update some field in bulk, it creates new items.
Pricing for Enterprise is very expensive. Similar products can be found at half the price. That said, I know monday.com is certainly the best product.
Ok, so the monday.com product for me is excellent in simply helping to be the glue to hold vital information data about my activities in sales. I can be confident in staying organized and remembering tasks that could easily get forgotten over the busy weeks and months of business activity.
Pros
Helping me and our team with having organized project sections that are specifically focused on that task and making sure we all stay on task.
For me just quick access to data found in various locations within monday.com that makes it easy and painless to grab and disseminate to those who need to know.
I like the simple to use interface in adding data, it works really well for me.
Cons
I would like to see a conversion tool that is easier to move data from one area within monday.com to another area as the client becomes a customer.

monday.com is a tool that works great for someone like me who is busy and gives me everything I need to keep track of necessary details to keep me on an organized path to sales success.
It is certainly not a product I use for proposal generation, it is not suited well for anything in that area.
We use it to create workflows for new processes, especially processes that are likely to change often.
Pros
Workflows for new processes
Boards for tracking completion of tasks
Assigning tasks and notifying users of tasks
Connect with outlook for easy notification
Cons
More connections with major software products
EDI feeds with HCM and HRIS systems
Likelihood to Recommend
Myself and our IT manager use it to track onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees, it's great for notifying appropriate parties in a timely manner. It's less suited for the actual employees to be able to check off items, it's more for internal use.
monday.com is a critical tool in our project management and work flow. We can easily communicate to each other by showing the status of tasks and by assigning tasks. It prevents the little tasks from being overlooked or forgotten, and allows the management team to see when progress has stalled on larger ones. Using monday.com helps break down huge projects into smaller pieces, whilst still seeing the big picture. We are able to use monday.com to capture work completed for those who work remotely.
Pros
Ability to customise
It looks good!
Easily convert information to other forms (excel, graphs etc)
Cons
I find it doesn't always pick up every keystroke. I don't have the issue with any other program
I can't think of anything else!
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited: project management, progress reports, managing work from home, work flow and delegation, sales leads, CRM.
Less Appropriate- can't think of much. It's pretty customisable so I haven't yet found a function that it wasn't able to be manipulated into being a solution for. monday.com is pretty great overall!
We use monday.com to manage the domestic transportation of our company's operations. It is an excellent tool, both for management and for operational monitoring of other employees. We list several problems, linked to related solutions that can be used in the form of a record (database), as well as forms of preventive and corrective control through system automation.
Pros
operational management
Easy of mass tracking
Automations linked to elements and status
Easy and interactive visual
Cons
Visual area, preference to save visuals in fixed form frames/tabs
Data area, easy of importing new databases
Likelihood to Recommend
Adequate management of CRM and operational aspects Ease of visual monitoring Integration and ease of interaction with excel for importing and exporting data Ease of creating graphs and monitoring mass data through tabs that allow grouping of several graphs at once Finally, just thank the person responsible for this tool, as well as the synergis team that teaches for free through youtube
We use monday.com as a way to provide live updates for various projects. monday.com has been nothing short of a brilliant way to keep everything up to date and very well organized across numerous divisions of the company. We have moved to using these boards in nearly every aspect of our business.
Pros
Keeps numerous teams up to date and informed
Allows extreme organization
Easy to use and understand interface
Likelihood to Recommend
For an organization that is needing live updates to hit multiple teams across the country, I would definitely recommend implementing monday.com
