I use monday.com to manage projects, drive process efficiency, decrease inbox clutter, track productivity and allow for transparency across the organization. One of the biggest problems it addresses is transparency. By creating project boards that are shared across departments and the org. managers can easily see what it is teams are working on. Updates are at your fingertips. No wait time to get answers and no emails cluttering your inbox.
Pros
Project tracking
Organize to-dos
Automate workflows
Remind and keep people on track
Cons
Hate that you can't have different headers within the same board or between items and sub items

I have brought monday.com with me at the last 4 orgs. I have been with. Once my team starts using monday.com they cannot live without it! Anywhere were employees are using paper check lists, monday.com is a better option. Anywhere employees are running projects, monday.com is a better option. Its uses are endless!
We have been using monday.com for just over a year now. The software effectively acts as our project manager. As a small business across two locations, we are constantly in dialogue to keep projects on track. Collective deadlines, automated reminders and updates, and personalization allow for an extremely effective task management and tracking program.
Pros
Automated deadline reminders
Automated shipment tracking
Cross-posting on multiple boards
Effective division of tasks into project coordinators and collaborators
Cons
Learning curve - it took a long time for everyone to get on board and using the program to its full potential
Notification settings - challenging to figure out the right balance of quantity and frequency of reminders across the team.
Inbox vs. notifications - It's confusing which notification is for what, sometimes things only show up in inbox, sometimes only in notifications. So it feels like having to check two places for updates.
Likelihood to Recommend
Very well suited for project management across a small team in multiple locations. It lacks a chat feature without full integration of Slack. This would be nice to have for a small team that needs project management software but does not need the full Slack programming.

As a designer, I use monday.com software to optimize my work and efficiently manage projects. monday.com helps me in my daily routine. I can create and track production plans. I can store technical specifications of products and components in monday.com. Using tables in the monday.com software has been a fascinating experience for me. As someone who appreciates clear and organized information, tables have become one of my favorite tools within this software.
Pros
I monitor the progress of individual tasks and ensure adherence to set deadlines.
I effectively communicate with other team members.
Cons
Expanding integration options with other software tools, such as integration with CAD software for designers

For every person who works in the company with many colleagues and needs to write down all the tasks In the case of small teams using monday.com could be overly complicated and unproductive
We use it to manage and keep track our R&D projects, and all other related activities. It allows us to share all these information to members of our organization so all of us could be on the same page at any given time. Using monday.com gives us more time to focus on critical projects/activities with up-to-date information.
Pros
project status
work flow
scheduling
project management
Cons
Summary Section - monthly/quarterly/yearly
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for any organization's long term and ongoing projects/activities, project management, project status reports, team coordination activities, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or even yearly reviews, and planning activities. I think it is less useful for one-time/short projects where only 1 or 2 people are involved.

We use monday.com to help our remote team collaborate effectively and keep tabs on what everyone is up to and how the projects are progressing. Being able to see status updates at a glance and easily drill down further for details keeps everybody informed and helps minimize mistakes and duplicated efforts.
Pros
Status updates at a glance
Easy to organize
Integrates well with other platforms
Cons
The hardest part of monday.com is getting staff to actually use it in my experience
Likelihood to Recommend
For what it is, monday.com works well, if you can get your users to actually make timely updates in my opinion.

I am a product strategy analyst. I use Monday.com in many different ways. The first way is to submit new SOWs. We use it to keep our SOWs organized from price to region etc. I also use it in my projects for sprint planning. Lastly, I use it for budget planning for our team, this is for the current year and upcoming plans.
Pros
Being able to edit sprint boards and move things around easily.
The graphics and UX are very creative and fun.
Sharing things with others.
Cons
I feel like I lose things sometimes. It's very particular on saving.

The user experience is terrific! I really like the ease of use, graphics, and how simple the tool is orchestrated. I also love how things are color-coordinated, it makes it very easy to stay organized and pick things out. The sharing capabilities of the tool are awesome, it really allows for easy communication with others on the team.
Our organisation is 100 per cent WFH. we have a small intimate team that works secluded and independent hours. monday.com means that teammates and colleagues can oversee and communicate on projects that have varied workflows and unique tasks allocated to individuals. We are transparent without ongoing tasks and we provide full visibility to other staff members about current and ongoing projects and where each team member is currently at with each project, it has significantly improved internal communications and transparency within the organisation and results in meeting deadlines, reduced missed jobs and significantly improved morale with many ongoing projects that are large, complex and exhausting.
Pros
Transparency of tasks and completion of jobs
Open-ended communication
Visibility of objectives and outcomes
Improved focus on allocated roles within a project
Email reminders
Cons
Too many reminders, or 'overviews'?
Likelihood to Recommend
I have got the whole team (who were originally very unmotivated) to use monday.com because I feel like it helps communication and contributes to a sense of togetherness when working individually on task projects. When working form home, it gives a sense of being in the office or a shared space where are ideas and abundant and easily shared.
Oh, there is no case. We simply use it to keep everything in one place, where information can be accessed by everyone. This makes it less confusing and it's been nicer with organization since we started to use it. I simply like it because I am ADD and dyslexic. This helps me so much! I confess, I am still learning as I go so I cannot give it 10 stars. People like me just have to concentrate a little harder and this CRM makes my life so much better!
Pros
helping with keeping track of last dates I checked something.
the boards have sub-boards that you can add additional information to
Can make your to-do list
can collaborate with everyone at the same time (real time)
Cons
I am still learning the board, simple, easy instructions could be broken down better.
could add a private journal section for a worker to be able to privately vent.
I have been frustrated with the "help" section.
Likelihood to Recommend
It's suited for projects that different departments can use and still use one or two other boards as the real-time company board. I like the kaban boards and the to-do lists so I can remember online without looking for a list. I still prefer writing it down, but I have also been using this board in order to keep track of things personally, and also for others to see what projects are still in process or closed.
Our company like every other companies was using of spread sheets for handling various tasks from each group - was harder to compile & keep live updates of different projects monday.com addressed all these hardship & able to maintain & keep live all the updates of the projects at one place.
Pros
Tracking the tasks
Workflow
Project Management
Live updates
Cons
Visualization can be made better
Table contents looks clutter - sometimes
More Charts similar to MS spreadsheet needs to implement
Likelihood to Recommend
For us, monday.com is exclusively used for Project Management with multi functional usage in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Document control, areas for tracking the tasks, workflow, time keeping, project status & Very useful tool for team collaboration - Application eliminates using lot of spreadsheets by different team & E-mail notification is a plus point of the tool.
