We use monday.com as a way to keep track of our manufacturing process. From customer order until it is delivered monday.com helps us keep track of where it is and how long it will be until completion. It has many features like notes and status visuals that make it simple to use and very useful. I definitely recommend it for any company that manufactures goods and has a lot of moving parts to keep track of.
Pros
Inner company messaging
Keeps everything updated real time
Helps track inventory
Cons
Moving between workspaces can be confusing
The constant info bar at the top gets annoying though hardly an issue
I am really reaching here, all in all I can't say I'd change anything

I would recommend monday.com for any company who is in the manufacturing or production business. It helps us keep track of our schedule in real time so we can pretty accurately track lead times and orders locations within the system. It also helps keep track of inventory as we go and we are currently working on having monday.com shoot off orders for material automatically when we get low.
We use monday.com as our CRM to keep our three separate companies on the same page. It's a simple way for us to manage projects, sales and collaborate with each other. monday.com also makes it easy for our sales team to take notes on leads and contacts and keep each other informed.
Pros
Personalizing the platform based on our needs
Set up automated workflows for tasks
Offer products that fit our company's needs
Cons
Because it's so customizable, it can sometimes be overwhelming to have so many options
We had to hire a third party to help us build out our boards
QuickBooks does not integrate well with monday.com
Likelihood to Recommend
If you are tech savvy and your company is comfortable inputting information, this platform is great. We have found that some of our less tech savvy employees get uncomfortable with maneuvering around the boards and think they're going to mess something up or delete whole boards. Unfortunately, it can be hard to teach too.

Manager in Customer Service (Construction company, 1-10 employees)
At my company, we each have multiple projects to handle at one time, and all of these require collaboration. monday.com has allowed our team to prioritize our tasks both individually and as a whole. On top of that, we can subcategorize our tasks, which allows for an extensive amount of organization that was harder to come by before. It is easy to communicate directly & indirectly to the team by using monday.com to organize our projects.
Pros
It is so refreshing to be able to prioritize tasks and projects per person. This allows us to determine how much time is needed for a project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The subcategories for the tasks are amazing - I can't say enough about that.
Being able to leave comments on the projects so that everyone else on the team can remain on the same page is such an upside to using monday.com.
Cons
Maybe I have not tapped in to monday.com enough quite yet, but I truly have not come across anything that would fit in this category. I have found monday.com to be easy to use & extremely efficient.
Likelihood to Recommend
monday.com is will suited for our company because of the organization that we can have with all of our projects. This helps us know how to delegate time & tasks, and where we might need some additional information to keep a project rolling.
We use monday.com in our Company to track many different things, Including Sales Leads, Production, Reports and much more. monday.com has helped us streamline, and track our orders/sale leads more efficiently.
Pros
Very user friendly, everyone on our team agrees it is easy to use.
Customization options. You can really cater this to work for any company.
We are able to use monday.com for ALL of the departments in the company. Controlling who sees what, who is updated when. It's awesome!
Cons
Honestly we have not ran into anything that this software does not do well. It has been easy to use, and has more features than any other system we have tried.

We have benefitted most from monday.com by using it to track sales leads. Our desks were becoming so cluttered with notes and scattered files before we found this. Monday may not work for situations where you are needing to text/email/schedule customers etc. I am not sure if it has those capabilities?
We use Monday.com for project management. We can track the progress of a job from start to finish and updates are in real time. As our company grew and we opened up other offices we were finding it difficult to keep up with where everyone was on the project and what still needed to be done. The mobile app works well when you're in the field. We can input everything our field guys need when on a project.
Pros
Automations
Sends Reminders
Instantly updates
Cons
I'd like to be able to change size of the groups the way they appear on board
I'd like to be able to rearrange groups on board by category not just items.
I wish there was a person to call for questions.
Likelihood to Recommend
We chose Monday.com for its easy setup and automation to notify the next step needed for the project and assign the people to it. It works great for project management and personal tasks. I would like to be able to organize the whole board by category but other than that, no complaints.

We use monday.com in our marketing and BD efforts to track individual marketing tasks and BD efforts. Since we aren't currently using a proper CRM system, we use monday.com to fill the gap and track all of our efforts in the pipeline and use it as a database of sorts for storing contact information.
Pros
Flexible in letting you design boards the way you need them.
You can move information from one board to another with little effort.
Templates come in handy when you don't know where to start with a board.
Cons
As a service that's meant to be all things for all people in all situations, it does things surprisingly well, however, if you need something more specific or want to do particular manipulations you might be better off with an Excel spreadsheet or a more task-specific application.
Likelihood to Recommend
monday.com is great at tracking tasks you need to perform in a kind of "to-do" list. You can customize your boards and move things from one board to another with relative ease. I still have not figured out how to access all the boards I have permissions to use. Often I need people to reshare boards with me because I just can't find them in the hierarchy system monday.com chooses to use.

Professional in Marketing (Civil Engineering company, 201-500 employees)
We are using it first in our service department. As a way to introduce it to our organization and see if it helps us improve: communication within the department, tracking completion rate and open service items. I have used other products, but after three weeks, this seems a better fit. We have purchased a monthly subscription and will continue to utilize it for the next 6 months. Currently, we log every address with an open service need, then add individual tasks with eta of completion. Each task has tags that can then be sorted by type of work to be done. Allowing us to determine if in-house service is going to be used or hiring out 3rd party subcontractors. What has worked well for us is ease of use and a very low learning curve. The monthly subscription makes the entry point low enough to avoid a drawn out budget conversation.
Pros
Easy to create, track and share tasks
Turn tasks into a calendar
Assigning tasks to other team members
Cons
Easier use of automation for common groups and items
Possibly a column option for each item that shows the last time it has been edited/changed
Likelihood to Recommend
We have only been using monday.com for 3 weeks, and it has been easy to switch to as a task manager. It works well for our service department as an Open Ticket tracker. It is a passive system, so it is only as useful as the person actively utilizing it and keeping it up to date.
Overall, I love the ease of use, short learning cycle, and multiple billing options. Simple is always best.
At our organization, we use monday.com to manage our projects as well as our customer's deliverables. It is a great way to keep on track with the project timeline and saves time when managing resources and files.
Pros
Organizing Data and files
Time management
Creating reports
Cons
Creating reports
Spell check

monday.com can be used to organize anyone. You just need time to set it up the way that best suits your needs. Not sure if it would be good for scheduling patients in healthcare. However, clinics can use it to organize their internal needs.
monday.com is used to streamline our workflow process. It has provided greater visibility to any items that may be 'stuck in the pipeline.' We used to run many reports and have to filter through a ton of data to achieve certain metrics. With monday.com, we have used it to build dashboards full of graphs/charts that provide us with live data instantaneously. Normally there are multiple monday.com tabs open in my browser and this has become a place to house so many of our processes/activities for work.
Pros
The dashboards you can make are great
The integration between boards and ability to mirror
Customization of automations and it seems like an unlimited amount
The notification adjustments that can be made to fit each users need/want
Cons
The feature I'd love is to be able to tab between the boxes/columnswhen you are in the item card view
Also in item card view, being able to print those
Showing the overall total on a graph would be helpful. Right now you have to use one widget for the bar graph and another for the grand total
Likelihood to Recommend
In my opinion, monday.com can be used in any scenario. Some might take longer to setup the flow/automations, but I feel there is always a possible way to use one of the templates. The only thing I have not used it for is to track spending/build a budget. It doesn't seem as friendly to use with the monday.com templates now.
We are a fairly small marketing department of 3-5 people. We have weekly meetings where we structure our work load and priorities for the coming week in monday.com. As we have 3 different brands to manage, we have set up a board for each brand. We also plan the years promotions and big launches in a GANTT chart in monday.com. It's cool that you can assign a task to one or more people to be able to collaborate and leave comments in a timeline for progress.
Pros
Comments in timelines
Overview of workload
Easy to add tasks
Cons
The 'expand group' can sometimes be confusing
The status of a group sometimes does not progress even though tasks has been ticked off as done.
You have to download an email you have dropped in a task every time you want to open it. There is no preview option.
Likelihood to Recommend
Great collaboration tool where participants can leave comments and update progress. You can give tasks priority scores for the team to see what should be worked on first. Love that you can change the view of a board to see either a list or a GANTT chart which provides a great overview of work.
