We used Mineral to push out compliance training for all employees within our organization. We needed to ensure uniformly that our employees were getting the required ethical and legal training when they were onboarded with our company. By pre-boarding the employees into Mineral's system, we were able to have new hires, regardless of exempt or non-exempt status, have access to the platform. We introduced each employee to Mineral, provided them with credentials, and set them up to complete training during their onboarding week.

We use Mineral more as a resource for our employee benefits clients, it helps us sell more cases, our clients that utilize it love it. Lots of great resources from training courses to compliance documents to their HR consultants who give the most thorough and well cited answers that I've ever seen. The compliance documents to include section 125 and ERISA wrap docs are alos a very useful and appreciated resource.

We use the Mineral platform as another tool for HR Compliance, Training in Safety, Customer Service, Professional Development, templates for letters, policies and law alerts.

We don't have many problems. We mainly use the system to stay ahead of the law and to keep our employees current on training as we continue to grow our employees to give them the tools to be successful as they move up in their careers.
