Milestone is well suited to solve Content SEO and Technical SEO issues which they do well and the results are impactful. Milestone provided a very detailed and analytical approach to SEO that delivered comprehensive results. I was very impressed with Milestone Presence Cloud; I found the whole platform very effective. Milestone CMS -- CMS and website are very helpful as the CMS is the only one we found that is SEO aligned.
Milestone Analytics provides outstanding tracking and Milestone Insights provides detailed insights for recommendations that produce results. Our organization has used Milestone Internet Marketing Solutions since June of 2016. The services we've taken advantage of are Milestone Presence Cloud, Milestone CMS, Milestone Analytics and Milestone Insights. It's really taken our business and overall marketing strategy to the next level. Each of the platforms mentioned are by far superior to other products I've seen in the industry. The CMS is very user friendly and actually allows you to make real-time edits to the site, and see the changes you're making while you execute them. It's hard to articulate, but we've really had no problem explaining to new employees how to use the CMS or navigate any updates. The reporting/analytics feature is a great benchmark for your business, especially as we navigate a covid recovery plan. We really are using the metrics provided by Milestone to project pipeline business numbers.
<p></p>Most importantly, Our representative, Patrick Combley, is hands-down the best thing to ever happen to our business and marketing strategy! Patrick is thoughtful, takes time each month to review our website and bring new ideas to the table, and really has gone the extra mile to make our strategy successful. The CRS allows for easy access without much training and our ability to adapt quickly, which was especially important over the last year, has provided multiple revenue opportunities. My experience with Milestone is limited to web development and on-going support so cannot comment on additional areas that Milestone operates in but my time have been very positive in working with them.</span>
