The phone app is easy to set up and use when classifying drives. it will occasionally ask you if you want to auto-classify frequent drives to further minimize the manual tasks of tracking mileage.

Tracks all business mileage and produces consistent reports across all employees. We presently have 3 users that submit mileage for reimbursement. It integrates well with Dext - our expense report management system. Easy to reconcile at the end of every month, with very detailed trip logisitics.

Cons
For our limited purposes - there is nothing missing - it does it's function of tracking, calculating mileage costs and reporting very well. Do not need anything else.

If vehicle is personal, does provide a very simple swipe function to categorize a work or personal trip.
MileIQ is constantly providing updates to their product, their portal and reporting pages have improved dramatically over the last 3 years.
We do have a couple of toll highways, need to manually enter costs, but not sure how to automate that function.
