Good platform, very user friendly, good technology & customer service
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
My company started to use Glint for our employee engagement surveys, but when we found out they have a lot of additional add on features/platforms, and after our communications team was happy with using Glint, the HR/L&D teams looked into it for our 360 surveys and exit interview processes.
Glint was also acquired by LinkedIn and our company is a big LI customer as well.
Pros
- Support team
- Availability and helpfulness of account reps
- Ease of use for survey recipients
Cons
- Backend upload of data for admins
- Simplifying how to pull and use the data from surveys
Likelihood to Recommend
Glint is a really user friendly and visually appealing platform for survey recipients. They also have a great support team, who are helpful in answering our questions.
Areas where Glint can improve is more on the admin side. If you only need to run your surveys a few times a year (which is what we do with our 360 & employee engagement surveys), it’s not going to be bad at all. For our exit interview process, we run them for every leaver and are running into difficulties with how to streamline how to upload the data in an efficient and non-time consuming way.
I also think data reporting can be better & more user friendly.
