Multiple people can edit at the same time.
Changes are saved automatically.
Can see where other people are editing in the document.

Cons

Sometimes formatting is difficult. It is different than formatting in the application.
When creating shapes, the shape will not adjust and will be frozen if I want to make it bigger or smaller.
Sometimes certain fonts do not show up the same in the application vs online.

Pros

Since I work in technical support, we use this tool everyday at the end of the shift to make the reports.
This is one of the best tool and very simple to use.
Since we received so many different severity tickets in my shift and we have to report it to the management and so this tool help a lot and show things clearly.
This tool have so many templates and themes available which makes it very suitable as per the requirement.
I love this tool and amazing to work on it. So many things to explore.

Cons

Sometimes I feel it takes more time to open.
Some functioning is difficult to use,.
We need a little KT to use this tool

We can present our data in various way( graph, bar, chart etc)
Very simple to use but still little KT is required
