MetricStream BCM is being used across all of InfoSec to help process our workflows with things like Security Risk Assessments, Vendor Risk Assessments, Policy planning, and others. We really like the dashboards and the visibility it provides. Because we are such a large organization, it was difficult to track everything and MetricStream solved that problem.

It can be used for a variety of different things in the Information Security universe and is a great tool to help management keep track of action items and measure things that are going on in the department.
