- Maxemail lacks a lot of the 'add-ons' companies like mailchimp and others provide - such as landing pages and Zapier integration - but they don't need these features really and the features they do have excel above and beyond other companies.
- Maxemail user interface looks daunting and was hard to teach to some people.
Return on Investment
- Maxemail was more experienced than our previous provider but the additional cost is small compared to the much higher quality.
- Maxemail has given us flexbility to try a lot of things that have improved our email metrics.
