MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence helped us to save a lot of time on the shop floor by making data entries simple and fast. We are no longer have overwriting errors which was creating extra work to add comment on the paper and review again. Operators no longer have date and time entry errors. It saved many hours for QA: issuing Batch Record takes few seconds now. All Batch records are now in one place and with easy access.

It’s amazing tool for Operators on the floor, very fast and easy for Data Capture in Batch Records. We are able to close and release them faster than paper based.

Really easy to use and implement. End user experience is also very initiative can be picked up by a user with little to no experience.

MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence is well suited within most, if not all, manufacturing environments. The highly configurable Master Templates provide a well varied and essential options where I would expect most records can be converted electronically. The API connectors are easy to integrate with other systems seamlessly and this allows great scope for future phases and integrations.

Initially MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence was docs and training. We launched those first and it has been seamless. Training records ands department as well as metrics and notification is handled automatically. Hard to look back at the legacy system after that. What’s more, our current customer base has been pleased with the instant availability of records and documents.

Send to fit most of not all of what we do well. Only issue right now we have is managing analytics without insights or api driven integration into another tool. There could be some improvement into ease of use with regards to where certain data entry points end up being seen.

MasterControl Quality Excellence records and logbooks functionality is currently in use at my company. Production Records is used for day to day manufacturing. It has been key in providing an efficient and effective mechanism to meet compliance requirements and error proofing. The functionality is extremely flexible and easy to validate. The logbooks module has been key in us being able to manage information and it integrates very well with Production Records.

MasterControl Quality Excellence is well suited for handling gxp data, manufacturing specs and specific parameters. It’s currently less appropriate for managing equipment maintenance and calibrations

Mx is a great option for replacing heavy paper based processes that have required reviews and possible corrections.

Reduce paper trail l, document in real time helping to maintain the data integrity of our manufacturing processes. The ease to access the production records to escalate the review process thus release the product faster than any paper system. If there is verification steps, they are true verification, again maintaining data integrity

It is great to minimize the paper trail, and the associated issues with having paper for production records. Maintaining data integrity by capturing the e-signature for steps, and verification steps is true verification. Documentation of time of steps and the prevention of moving past steps if previous steps have not been completed.

Implemented electronic batch records to reduce errors and increase efficiency. Allows for documents to be consistent, limits defined, and appropriate sign offs verified and assigned.

Companies with few products or many can benefit. Have to be prepared to go to a digital environment with buy in from operators and above. Training users needs to be planned and made a top priority. Anyone in manufacturing is well suited for MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence to improve their production.
