Use Cases and Deployment Scope
MarketMuse was instrumental in a few of our divisions for refining their content. The primary objective of the software was to improve on-page keywords for SEO. MarketMuse was used to discover keywords used by competitors in similar content and monitor the number of instances of a key word or phrase in the document they were editing. MarketMuse does a great job visualizing these data, including important words and phrases not used that should be or not used enough. Through colors and links to competing/similar content, the content creators were able to pivot as they were refining their drafts. In some cases, the tool helped writers and editors discover additional angles to the stories or articles they were writing.
