ManageEngine Endpoint Central is well suited for environments where you are operating a large fleet of various devices and need to manage the updates carefully. It provides clear statists on device patch status. We are operating the on-premise version of ManageEngine so one place where it is not suitable is for our remote sites that cannot connect back to the central Endpoint Central server and communicate with it.
We use ManageEngine to manage our assets, our patches and for remotely supporting our colleagues It helps us to keep a holistic view over all of our laptops and servers internally, and allows us to produce a better lifecycle process for all of our devices - overall, a tool which is massively beneficial for managing our devices
Pros
Device Management
Remote Supporting Users
Patch Management
Software Deployment
Cons
UI - a lot going on

Recently we deployed Windows 11 and ManageEngine was a massive help in monitoring/analysing and developing the project - thankfully we are now in a better position as a company and ManageEngine is an integral part of this process Deploying applications to colleagues not in the local area - very helpful!
