  • Sell more and keep more revenue - Sell digital products, set up paid newsletter subscriptions, and integrate an ecommerce store with MailerLite.
  • Advanced automations - Build out sales funnels and automated customer journeys with multi-trigger automations, behavior-based segmentation, and dynamic content so subscribers only receive emails that are relevant to them.
  • Gather data to support decisions - Campaign performance metrics like sign-up sources, link clicks, open rates, and click-through-rates, to understand what performs best. A/B and multivariate testing is available to fine tune strategy.

MailerLite - ideal for consultants and service providers

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm an Email Marketing Strategist and I use MailerLite for my own emails and that of several of my clients. MailerLite has a lovely, modern feel. The design editor is so easy to use, the forms and landing pages are beautiful and the support from the team is excellent. Highly recommended.

Pros

  • Design
  • ease of use
  • Support

Cons

  • Segmentation - I think there is huge scope to allow users to go much deeper in their segmentation. I would like to see Time Engaged, rather than Time Inactive.
  • Having to manually create automations for products bought from an online store is frustrating.
  • Automations starting with segments.

Return on Investment

  • Makes sending emails easy so more inclinded to send an email.

MailerLite has a FREE Plan Unlike Mailchimp

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Their support is awesome... and FREE... one of the reasons I jumped off of Mailchimp, who seems to be pinching their pennies these days and grabbing anything they can get from every account they have, even if they have a marginal user base. Anyway, I jumped from Mailchimp to MailerLite and have had two support tickets, both of which were high-quality and very responsive -- even on a weekend. It's not the product you build but the product you support. Nice work, MailerLite.

Pros

  • Support
  • Forms/Builder
  • Onboarding

Cons

  • The only detractor is that they do not support pre-filled email addresses
  • Oh, and I couldn't make my custom form work with their form post/action. No biggie, however.

Return on Investment

  • It saved me $13/mo that I was going to have to pay Mailchimp. Seriously, Mailchimp, learn to squeeze the right people. You're paying $24k/year for your X accounts alone, and you never use them!
