Attractive price and features, but very poor deliverability

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Mail250 to respond to people who sign up on our website.

Pros

  • Affordable
  • Relatively easy to use
  • Support was fine
  • Has some attractive features like email verification

Cons

  • In my experience, deliverability is terrible
  • UI feels old and limited
  • Did not follow up to refund request
  • Due to my poor overall experience, I'm very doubtful in the reliability of their features like email verification

Likelihood to Recommend

I don't think it's well-suited for anyone. In my opinion, the low cost is not worth the extremely poor deliverability.
