Use Cases and Deployment Scope
LPAR2RDD is a great tools for troubleshooting, it's easy to implement and is surprisingly powerful and offers super visibility across different platforms. We also use stor2rrd, a similar tool but for san and storage monitoring. The only drawback is that going We wanted to pay for LPAR2RDD, but for some reason the paid version is way too expensive, so expensive that other solutions become more interesting.
