Use Cases and Deployment Scope

LoginRadius has helped us to enable a passwordless authentication service so that customers can log in on their own. With excellent security features, it offers we safely remove our 2FA authentication system. It allowed us to reduce the burden of managing passwords and support tickets, reducing extra efforts the IT Team provided. LoginRadius also makes the customer experience effortless and efficient throughout their session, providing a unified data view.

Pros

Implementation was super easy and a great dashboard for monitoring.
Excellent integration with standard libraries helps to build a secure authentication service.
A passwordless login system helps save customers time.

Cons

Delay in response from online portal. However, online chat works faster.
Initially, take time to learn the technical details of the features provided.
Can be made easy for people having less technical expertise.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were facing the challenge of providing login and authentication access of applications and with the daily increase in the number of users, it was becoming more complex. During this challenging phase, an industry expert wrote an article where he mentioned the use of SaaS-based tools that can eliminate such challenges with smooth functioning. I asked my team to start looking into such solutions and do a comparison.

Finally, after a decent comparison and couple of demos, we finalized LoginRadius. We used it till mid-2018 and the overall system was running smooth.

Pros

Handling a load of customer logins. LoginRadius system can manage hundreds of thousands of concurrent logins while other systems like Gigya can manage up to 5-6K logins only.
Third party integrations. The platform is equipped with more than 150 third party pre-configured API integrations and works on a real-time basis.
The system is equipped with auto scalable server mechanism and load balancing so if the traffic increases with more than 35% of the existing server limits then they automatically receive alerts and start taking actions.

Cons

Very secured, even they cannot retrieve login password by themselves.
They use premium Azure services.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use LoginRadius to manage the profile of our customers and use identities to improve our ROI. We also use their SSO for our multiple web properties, which improves customer experience as they don't need to log in to each property individually, which was a major problem before we opted for CIAM solution.

Likelihood to Recommend

Their CIAM solution is suited for companies that have a very large user base (more than million). For small-scale industries though, it will be a costly affair, so they should go for free solutions.
