I could see the potential but it didn't quite pan out for us
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Pros
- The reporting dashboard was helpful
- call recording was helpful to see what kind of leads were coming in through our ads
Cons
- Didn't see marked improvement in leads or quality of leads
- More active communication with what is working, what isn't, etc would have been appreciated
- Service reps were "stumped" as to why ads were. not performing better
Likelihood to Recommend
From the stats they provided, other companies have had success with them, but they found our area/industry to not perform as well as the same industry in similar demographics but were pretty clueless as to why that was happening.
Their reporting dashboard and call recording was very helpful, definitely enjoyed these services during our contract with them.
