Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.
My organization uses Livestorm on a biweekly basis to give industry relevant webinars. These events are part of our marketing strategy and have really come in handy when meeting face to face is difficult. These events are an excellent way to build a relationship with clients and leads. They also give us a platform to showcase our expertise.

Livestorm is perfect for hosting webinar events, tradeshows, town halls, etc... There is a limited number of people that can go on stage at one time but this has never been an issue. Also in these kind of events you do not really need to see your audience video. They have another option they offer for meetings (Meet) which is better suited for those scenarios.
We use it for webinars on a weekly basis to host weekly "deminars," monthly product demos, and thought-leadership webinars with clients and partners. Our product team also occasionally uses it to communicate the product roadmap, but it's mostly used by the marketing team. It's the best webinar solution we've used so far.
Pros
Easy to set up landing pages. Landing pages have great design and allow users to select which session they want to attend (if it's a recurring webinar)
The analytics is great and allows you to export everything, even all the info they enrich with Clearbit
The webinar room is super intuitive and I always feel like I have full control
Cons
It would be helpful to have higher quality replays
