Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use LinkSquares's Analyze module, which serves as a contract repository for us. It is the single source of truth within the company as to what contracts we have with a particular customer or vendor. We uploaded all of our existing contracts to LinkSquares, and then add new contracts seamlessly from DocuSign when we execute new agreements

Pros

Full text search capabilities.
Organization of contracts so you can see the relationship between documents.
Reporting
Ability to tag all contracts for easy searching.

Cons

UI could be more user friendly.
Integration with storage (e.g., Box or DropBox).
Ability to identify and delete duplicates.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is an excellent contract repository. I like the ability to upload a pdf, which is read by LinkSquares' OCR. The fidelity of the searchable documents is extraordinary. I really like the flexibility in terms of what contract language you want reporting on and the reporting capabilities are second to none.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Linksquares for contract management, document storage, and reporting purposes. It helps us manage our contracts as a repository and allows us to search, run reports for key terms, see which agreements are expiring, etc.

Pros

AI tagging of agreements
Searching for agreements
Reporting on key terms, expiry of agreements

Cons

The search function doesn't work if there's a misspelling.
The tagging function isn't always smooth.

Likelihood to Recommend

It allows us to organize thousands of contracts and make them searchable and easy to locate.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As the General Counsel at Telarus, I was looking for a software to serve as a central repository for all of our supplier agreements and found that in LinkSquares. Not only can I store the agreements there, but LinkSquares' AI reads and searches PDFs for the terms I am looking for which used to require a manual review. This saves me so much time when it comes to reviewing contracts for specific terms.

Pros

It's intuitive.
It's easy to use.
The AI program is accurate.

Cons

I would love to see integration with Adobe Sign so I could edit contracts right in LinkSquares and send through Adobe seamlessly.

Likelihood to Recommend

For any small legal department, it is a must. It's like having a paralegal keeping you organized. I'm not sure how a large legal department might us it, but I have a hard time thinking it would be any less useful to them. I am a big fan of all of the time it saves me when managing hundreds of supplier agreements and I need to survey a specific term across all of the agreements. I'm not sure how I would do that without LinkSquares' help.
