I had used LinkedIn Premium Career to connect with people in the industry directly on LinkedIn. To understand about their nature of work, daily work management. And to connect with the recruiters directly to seek new relevant job opportunities which matches my experience and skill set. It also helped to research about companies.

LinkedIn Premium Career is really help full in networking with similar people in the industry to seek out for knowledge and as well as to seek out new job opportunities. It also helps to get profile views, which significantly improves the chance of catching the eye of a potential recruiter. Also we can get insights about the companies. For rural and Tier 3/4 cities it may not suite well.

I use LinkedIn Premium Career in my organization to find talent for professional hard-to-fill positions. These positions can be tough, and a LinkedIn premium career can help address those problems. I tend to use it for highly specialized positions with particular license requirements.

I think that many people have the requirements needed for a position within their network, and it’s helpful for your network to see that you are actively hiring. I do not think that this platform is suitable for entry-level positions or rotating door positions, but it is excellent for specialized hard-to-fill positions.
