We build and ship custom [...] handrails. Each order is unique, and there are a lot of variables. We had been storing our client records locally because we had never found a CRM that fit our needs. Less Annoying CRM is the software we had been looking for. It is clean, super customizable, and has the ability to attach tons of data to each contact (we attach proposals, drawings, project photos, etc). It has a straightforward interface that has been easy for each team member to utilize. We probably use it daily just as a refernce point for certain pieces of info. The whole team loves it.

The search feature has been a bit spotty at times, but I've been told they are working on improving it. I have no other complaints about Less Annoying CRM.
Likelihood to Recommend
Because Less Annoying CRM is so customizable, I can see it being well suited to most scenarios where you would need this sort of tool. We use it less for lead tracking and more as a database.
