A nice basic laptop at a good price point
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use it for all of my computing needs at work. This is mostly web browsing and word processing/spreadsheets. I also use it for videoconferencing and other collaboration with coworkers. I do not use it for anything that I would describe as very RAM intensive. This computer is able to handle anything I need in my legal position.

Cons
- Could use a touchscreen
- More RAM would be nice
- Speakers are just okay
Most Important Features
- Integration with existing systems
- Good camera for web conferencing
- Frequent updates with security features
Return on Investment
- Allows me to work efficiently without waiting for programs to load like my previous laptop
- Updates are not forced on me so I can update my computer at the end of the day when I am done with work
- The price was very good for what this computer gives me
