I use Lead Forensics to monitor website activity by customers in my territory-prompts me to contact them if they have not already contacted us.
Pros
directs to web pages customer has looked at
gives length of time spent on each page
Cons
have two different accounts and have to switch back and forth
some leads listed do not match who they actually are (ie MN State Police)
one of our accounts does not have any points to use for contact searches
Likelihood to Recommend
provides some leads, however most of the time the customer has already contacted us not good for leads into large organizations-not enough available information to drill down has to who was searching
