Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Lattice for a lot of use cases, our entire organization details are present in Lattice where we can view teams and their info, and they set up profiles here so we can view personal details if they have added and their birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and a lot about team structures and people. As we are a remote-first company, it's helpful to know more about others, and when someone does something great, people give praise to them in Lattice, which sends a notification to all other folks in the entire org, which is very helpful to recognize their effort. And we have our performance review in Lattice, where we get upward review and peer reviews and individual review to grow and various stuff for identifying drawbacks and improving, and we have 1:1s to schedule with managers and a few org surveys take place in Lattice and we use it for sending weekly updates to our managers.

Likelihood to Recommend
It's well suited for managing performance reviews, feedback, organization structure, 1:1 check-ins, praise section, employee recognition, personal development and transparent communications, offers structured feedback, goals, career growth, all essentials for reviews and growth and review cycles and company-wide recognitions, surveys, and as it's total overall to a HR platform. But we use Rippling for payroll, and it's more tech-savvy, which might be overwhelming for a few and less engagement and adoption if someone doesn't want integrations it provides like Slack.
