We were using the phish alert training modules after simulated phishing campaigns. Users who failed too many consecutive times were enrolled in additional learning. Phishing remains one of the biggest methods employed by hackers to try to gain access, and people who were not learning how to identify a phish email needed the additional training.
Pros
Quality: Their videos have well recorded audio and a polished look in their animations. I have seen larger orgs use less professional looking learning
Accuracy: I found no fault in the information they had in their training. It's clear that knowledgeable people were involved with the creation of their content
Accessible: Information security can be a very complex topic. They have made easily understood content, making it easier for the users to understand what they need to do
Cons
Some videos were clearly stitched together from other videos. Those lacked the cohesive feel the individual videos had.
Some videos could have brought in some additional points and information to cover a wider variety of user best practices
Some of the live actor segments felt a little cheesy
Likelihood to Recommend
The way you can automate the enrollment to a course for people who fail simulated phishing campaigns is awesome. The content is also super relevant for this purpose. People are still unlikely to migrate their eLearning platform to KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. Some specialized learning is needed based on organization and more generalized learning available might have superior competing content on another platform. You might consider making a way for organizations create their own content and load it in for their own use.

My organization primarily uses KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to train employees on cybersecurity, mostly how to mitigate or avoid phishing attacks, and what to do when we receive a suspicious email. We also have done some training based on general online literacy and guidance on how phishing can cause major issues within the organization that take both time and money to fix.
Pros
Trainings feel accessible to all ages/easy to understand.
Videos are short enough that they keep your attention, but also provide enough information.
Real world examples are used, making the lessons feel more directly applicable to our work environment.
Cons
There could be additional topics included in videos, shifting focus away from just cybersecurity.
Remedial videos could be more directly applicable based on phishing situation.
Videos about AI usage in the workplace partially promote AI, which we aren’t even allowed to use. Would prefer a bit more of a critical viewpoint.
Likelihood to Recommend
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training excels at providing information about how to avoid phishing scams, the potential impact of phishing scams, and general tips for online literacy. The trainings are well done, concise, accessible to a variety of age groups, and use examples that feel realistic and that can easily apply to our daily interactions with emails and other places suspicious links may appear.

We use KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training to help engage our staff in cyber security training. We aim to educate the employee and test them by sending "fake" emails to try and trick them into clicking on the links in the email. We also have used their video content to send over Paylocity to train individuals on what to look out for on these types of emails.
Pros
Extensive library content for training including; videos, training tools, and poster downloads.
They keep things simple in an easy to use platform.
Keeps historical data so that you can give extra training to individuals that need extra help identifying spam or phishing.
Cons
It would be great if their library had more options for training videos
The integrations piece into active directory is not the easiest
Creating a campaign could be a bit easier to understand

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides approachable security training to base-level users in our organization. Their content is engaging and unique, despite the subject matter being generally difficult to present. Members in our organization do not find these trainings to be tedious or annoying, so we appreciate all that is provided.
Pros
Engaging content to present complex topics that users are not necessarily familiar with
Topical updates over time
Usable interface
Cons
More suggestions about training cadences
Likelihood to Recommend
Their trainings are great to provide for any general business userbase.
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness to make phishing attack simulations and to deploy training to all our users that have internet access. We use the provided reports to document the achieved improvements on the current status. We also intend to use the reports to cover the relevant need for documentation on our upcoming ISO 27001 certification.
Pros
Phishing attack simulations
Security Awareness trainings
Reports on both the above
Cons
The provided templates for phishing simulations are mainly available in English. There are also some templates available in our native language, but their number is small. We have seen other platforms offer way more phishing simulation templates in our language.
Although there is a really huge number of training videos available, some of them are outdated and no longer have much to offer. Some cleaning up could help in this direction.
Although there a some games / puzzle like trainings available, we have seen other platforms offer more and better ones (on the other platforms had they had almost no videos at all...). It would help significantly to also invest in enriching the provided puzzles / games.
We have seen other platforms offer games, where, for example, employees of the company can compete against each other while working together in groups to achieve a common goal (e.g., eliminate a fictional security threat that has "hit" the company. Plan the steps needed to be taken, take the steps one after another and have a chance to see the impact each action has. At the end the team that has suffered the least cost to end the threat is the one that wins. Just an example. The point is to make this challenging, using gamification and to make the employees part of the prevention force of the company against cybersecurity threats.
Likelihood to Recommend
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Trainings are suited for every company. We have tested really a lot of those platforms out there and we can say that there are other platforms that are better at the one or the other feature, but as it is always in life nothing is perfect. However, having tested all those platforms, we can with great certainty say the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform is overall the best one there is out there at this time!

We use KnowBe4 to send out phishing test on regular basis to all our users. We also use the awareness training for all users. It has been very easy to implement and work with, integration to our systems has been a breeze
Pros
Phishing test
Awareness training
Learning portal
Awareness content
Cons
Integration to Active Directory - User sync

The Phishing tests templates are amazing and easy to use and setup for all levels of users. Reports are good, and easy to read for management
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training in our organization to provide company-wide security awareness training to all of our employees. We generally provide training on social engineering topics and compliance training. For Non-IT employees, we provide trainings where less technical terms are used and for IT people, we use highly technical trainings like Kevin Mitnick trainings. Before using the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we were facing a lot of issues on spam and phishing emails. Our employees were not able to identify difference between a real and phishing email and we were facing account compromise issues as well but after implementing this training, we are seeing a lot of difference and seeing a positive growth at the organization level. Since employees are not getting into phishing and vishing attacks, we have seen confidence in users and also protecting them from account compromise. From Knowbe4, we have purchased Security Awareness Training, PhishER and Security Coach and we are using all of them to protect our data and to educate our employees.
Pros
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has well-designed videos on almost every topic of social engineering attacks, making it the best in the market. It has less technical videos for Non-IT people and high technical like KMSAT for IT people other than cyber security guys.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a good phishing test campaign feature from which you can launch a phishing test for all or a selected group of people to test them on a real phishing test environment.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a good number of security related games and quizzes that makes the training part funny and attractive.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides monthly newsletters and posters that we can use to send to all employees to make them aware of the current security scenarios.
Cons
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a good amount of videos but they still have fewer videos with different lengths on top priority topics like Phishing attacks, Smishing attacks, Vishing attacks, etc. They should add more videos with different lengths on these topics.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does not update its video inventory called 'ModStore' with the latest and trending topics of cyber security. They should review and add videos every week with the latest trends in the security.
Security Coach that comes with the Diamond Subscription of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a good feature but it is very difficult to implement it. You have to provide all your organization's data to this application so that it can read all and can generate alerts on that basis.
Likelihood to Recommend
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is well designed training module that covers all the areas that a security awareness training should have. This training has a lot of animated videos that help users to understand the material and with the quizzes in the videos makes mandatory for viewers to take it seriously, so no one can skip the videos or just sit and ignore the video. They have to be fully focused when doing the training to make the concepts clear do that they can pass the quizzes. So, it is well suited in this scenario and no one can pass the training without passing the quizzes. The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a lot of good things but its security games are not up to the mark as per KnowBe4's standard. Most of the users do not like the games available in the Knowbe4 ModStore. So, in the game area, they need to improve.
