We use it for training on various topics including HR, Security, Privacy, IT, and Compliance (add-on). There is a mix of training (interactive, series, one-pagers, etc.) and the training is in short segments so people can fit in the training throughout the day. Plus, it has a mobile app so you can take training on the go.
Pros
Entertaining

Can be tailored to the company including branding
Can add in your own custom content to supplement the material

Well suited for the technology industry - or anyone using technology. Also, particularly helpful to have the mobile options so if you have a remote workforce, this fits in nicely.

We use it to send fake phishing emails and track how many employees click on the fake email. We also use it to train our employees on what phishing emails are and how to spot them and report them. This helps keep the company and all our data safe in case a real phishing email pops up. The visuals are also very useful to look at individuals, departments, and their risk scores.
Pros
Great training videos and questions
visuals to help see who can improve or needs more help
great information on how to spot scam emails and keep yourself and company safe
Cons
It takes a while for visuals to update after changing information
maybe add more report options
make it easier to work with and change visuals/graphs

It is perfect for training employees on how to spot scam emails and what to do when you get one. There are many subtle hints that you can find, and this program does a great job of making them known. It is great to make sure all employees can spot these emails, so sensitive data is not leaked.
We use this platform to provide security awareness training to our team and to run regular phishing tests to gauge user comprehension. We find the collection of categories and emails to be very useful and a great test of our company's risk.
Pros
The quality of educational materials is excellent.
The website and platform are very user-friendly.
The variety of phishing simulations keeps our staff on their toes.
Cons
It could make setting up AD sync easier.
I would like the ability to assign training to individual users instead of making them part of a group by clicking on them.
Likelihood to Recommend
The platform is well suited for getting a baseline awareness level and for providing real-time metrics of your company's overall risk. The platform provides a ton of variety in phishing simulations and educational materials.

Well suited for any size organization to enhance security culture, develop employee security best practices, and keep employees vigilant for phishing and other information security attacks.
We use KnowBe4 to keep employees aware of phishing attempts and what to look out for. The training modules are also extremely helpful. Our biggest concern is employees inadvertently clicking on a link in an email that appears legitimate but is actually malicious. We have an older workforce that is not used to dealing with this kind of thing. By preventing them from clicking on malicious links, we save ourselves a ton of time and resources that we would have to use to clean up these situations.
Pros
Phishing test emails.
Training modules.
Phish alert button.
Cons
Dashboard customization.
Tailoring test emails to our industry.
Ability to automate more functions.
Likelihood to Recommend
If anyone has concerns about employees' awareness regarding phishing emails, KnowBe4 is the best first line of defense. There is no substitute for proper training, and this is something that Knkwbe4 excels at. This would only be applicable for phishing emails, though; any other types of malicious content are not being trained to prevent.
As an MSP we decided to incorporate Security Awareness Training [into] our base offering for all clients. KnowBe4 is one of the products we keep in our portfolio to serve this purpose for some specific clients. It addresses end-user cybersecurity education as well as a company's security posture as a whole.
Pros
User cybersecurity training.
Simulated phishing campaigns.
Training management.
Cons
Multi-tenant portal
Partner/reseller relationship
Likelihood to Recommend
KnowBe4 is top of the notch when it comes to training content. We work with several other cybersecurity awareness vendors and there isn't one that comes even close to KnowBe4. Their video [training is] unlike anything we've seen and simulated phishing content is very good as well.

I work for cybersecurity, managing service provider (MSP) and as an employee, it's a requirement that we are trained every two weeks to keep our minds fresh on potential new wave phishing attempts and attacks via organized email attacks through the automated training simulation that KnowBe4 offers. As the last line of defense, it's our job to have a keen eye for detail and not be fooled by some hacker trying to gather information from outside the organization and as someone who sells this software as a reseller and trains on it individually too, it's important that we have the experience to back our credibility of being in this industry.
Pros
High quality of content created!
Actually useful. curated videos or games that won't bore the end-user.
Simple and manageable setup for IT staff to rollout
Cons
Most quizzes are easy and can be taken multiple times
More relevant content creation
Reinvent and recreate past cyber attacks for trainings over

Like I mentioned earlier, as a professional in the cybersecurity business, my organization is hit hard every two weeks with different phishing attempts, malicious links, urgent requests to send documents or money, everything that looks possibly legit but obviously isn't. Some of them are extremely easy to catch but some make it past our SEG and if you're in a hurry and click the link without thinking, you failed the simulation. That's the beauty in this. software but it's reality. We are all humans and make mistakes and so does the software we purchase to better protect our organizations such as our inboxes. We do however adapt and improve and these training are meant to shed some light on what to expect in case of a real-world scenario were to hit your inbox or possibly even your office. It keeps you on your feet and ready for anything.
We would resell it as a managed service for clients seeking security awareness and phishing training. It was scalable to all clients, and [simple] to manage and set up. It removed the necessity for clients to set up and maintain security awareness campaigns and training. It would be scoped to every user of an organization. Occasionally a client would want to break up departments for different training, but most often the scope was just one giant pool of users.
Pros
Simplified and intuitive campaign setup
Quality interactive training
Availability of short and simple trainings that can be used monthly as just refreshers
Cons
More focus on gamification, other platforms provide more awards and give people a reason to look at their stats
Setting up the agent to bypass exchange rules is a little tedious
Likelihood to Recommend
Honestly, big or small, the platform scales to fit your environment. If you are just wanting to send out phishing emails once a quarter, fine. If you want to send out monthly training and phishing campaigns and you want to set those up to automatically go out to everyone at different times [throughout] the month, you can do that as well.
