We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for security awareness training and phishing testing to further direct our security awareness training. This product creates continued, updated modules that allow us to disseminate information to our community in an almost set it and forget it fashion. The first problem we have is making our community aware of all the pitfalls and dangers that are out on the interwebs and email. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does a great job of identifying and addressing these so that our community knows what to look out for. Secondly, we have tied some of our training into our policies where not only must they complete the training, but they must also acknowledge they have reviewed and accepted the policy. Finally, we use ongoing testing to track who is still clicking on 'bad' emails, what they were clicking on so that we can better direct our awareness efforts into what is being missed. Our regulating agencies and insurance companies also appreciate that we have partnered with KnowBe4 and can produce verifiable reports showing how well our awareness efforts are working.

Everything is tracked, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training takes care of any reminders including notifying supervisors if wanted, and everything is reportable to show that you have a vibrant training system. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training also offers testing where it will send out simulated attacks that hopefully your community will flag. This helps validate that the program is working as well as allowing you to customize your training efforts to what the community is failing on.
