We use it to host and create our eLearning modules. The software allows us to host up to 5 of our eLearning courses. We can then also provide access to these eLearning modules to our customers. We use the back end system to measure how many employees at the customer completed the modules and we can run reports and provide them to the customer.
Pros
Back-end system is easy to use.
Pricing for what we pay for the subscription is not exorbitant.
Provides very good uptime (never down or having maintenance issues)
Cons
It is a little clunky to find our courses on Kajabi.
Customer service is not the best.
Provide better response time to issues.
Likelihood to Recommend
It provides a great system to host and manage eLearning modules. We use it for just that purpose alone. It has a lot more functionality that we just don't use, so for us we may be better suited with an LMS that was more targeted, but the price was better than more targeted offerings in the market.
We use Kajabi to create exceptional learning experiences for participants in our programs. We download webinars, printable pdfs, and articles, and turn all our materials into learning paths for our learners. This is very helpful in organizing the study process. Also, we use an email function to remind our participants that they need to read or watch some materials or notify them about new information available in the system.
Pros
Whole course creation
Forums for students
Email reminders
Cons
Landing page customisation is very basic
Live webinars works through third services
Video can't be downloaded on the forum
Likelihood to Recommend
If you need to create a self-paced course, Kajabi works well, if you want something complicated, and want to check homework and communicate a lot with students, Kajabi must be used in complex with other resources like Slack and YouTube. But anyway it is a good platform to create a digital course.
I use Kajabi to run my entire business - from website, the emails, to collecting leads, to visualizing my entire profit and even affiliates. My use case is that I am online course creator with several online courses but also several live courses and Kajabi has helped my easy my tech burden, make my systems more simple yet effective, and provided customer support that many other platforms lack.
Pros
Website creation
Complete all in one solution for a digital business
Email marketing
Affiliate creation
Cons
I wish their affiliate system was more robust. They are missing reminders for when affiliates make a purchase and ways to help us track payouts or provide payouts
SMS - they do not have any direct text messaging integrations at this moment which makes text reminders for classes or thanks a difficulty.
Likelihood to Recommend
Kajabi is well suited for online creators that are selling online courses, online training, in person training or for brand creation. If you are wanting a blog, a website, video hosting, and emails that can be scheduled and all connected for easy tracking and seeing your business systems then I highly recommend Kajabi. Kajabi does not have POS software so it is not recommended for ecommerce systems.
Kajabi is an amazing all in one tool! I started using it to host my courses, and over the years have grown to use it for courses, email hosting, podcast hosting, and my website and landing pages. It's the perfect one stop shop for business owners and helps reduce costs because it's all in one place!
Pros
easy website/landing page building
course hosting
easy to use
Cons
the email list hosting isn't as savvy or easy to use as others
coupons are easy to create but could be easier to edit/manage

In my opinion Kajabi is best for coaches and course creators. Those who have course-based products can use this to manage their own business. If you don't have a digital product like a course, it may not be as necessary
We are in the education space, and we use Kajabi to have lessons available for the educators we work with as well as using Kajabi's Community feature that helps us create a platform for the educators to collaborate on. Kajabi essentially represents the housing of our entire product and does a great job of it. Before Kajabi we had to use paper delivery of our materials which made it very hard to make sure schools were keeping to fidelity with our curriculum. Kajabi has been a great change.
Pros
Kajabi's community feature is fantastic. Love the ability for people to be able to collaborate.
Kajabi's feature that allows us to post and manage our curriculum is very efficient and easy to use.
Kajabi also has great features around contact management that have been critical for our use.
Cons
While Kajabi has a great community feature, it's notification system is very poor. It creates a lack of engagement in the community.
There's a bit too much red tape on customization sometimes around what you can and can't do without their oversight.
There's some issue around testing things on the front end and on the backend at the same time. The software can get pretty confused.
Likelihood to Recommend
It works great for us in the education space and delivering our curriculum to our clients. It's nice to have some of the extra access features and to have the community feature, so that works great for us. At the same time, Kajabi lacks some of the specificity we need, and I don't believe it is technically geared directly to the education space, so we will likely switch providers in the next couple of years to something that is more robust and relevant to our business model.
Currently we use Kajabi to house all of our digital products - opt-in freebies, courses, masterclasses, trainings, podcasts, PDFs, various downloads, coaching programs, tripwires, etc. It also is the hub for our email marketing/funnel/contacts. In addition it's where our monthly subscription service lives. Payments are processed there but handled by Stripe.
Pros
Segment out contacts
Student portal
Subscription/membership option
Cons
Webinar sign ups
Payment processing
Contacts/tags

I think Kajabi is the end all be all streamlined all in one service for digital entreprenuers selling digital products of anykind. You can do everything within the platform (even process payments if you desire) so that you don't have to have a bunch of different systems/programs/tech set up. It's user friendly and easy to use/navigate.
We use Kajabi as our email marketing platform, and for opt-ins and sales. It provides an easy way to generate offers and coupons. We are also starting an Affiliate program, for which setup has been very easy. Kajabi handles all of our sales outside of some evergreen products in our custom app.
Pros
Email marketing segmentation and tagging
Customizing offers and coupons
Easy-to-use templates
Cons
Dynamic email setup so messages can be scheduled in advance (ie, if someone purchases a product between when the email is scheduled and when it goes out, being able to exclude them from a sales email).
Chat support is great, but sometimes not able to understand what I am asking, even if I explain it several different ways and with screenshots. Overall they are knowledgable but it's frustrating when that happens.

We aren't using the course feature any longer as we moved to an app that is easier to use than Kajabi, but it worked really well for courses. The drip functionality was a good feature and easier to use than some platforms I've used in the past. Overall it's a really solid program and doesn't take long to learn the ins and outs.
I use Kajabi for multiple things, I use it to host my video training content as well as to book coaching calls, I also use it for my email marketing, to create email sales funnels and I recently moved my website over to Kajabi as well.
Pros
great customer service for troubleshooting issues
they did a great job making it user friendly
The provide a ton of great resources to help you achieve your goals
Cons
I would like to see the ability to allow multi user to one account for B2B businesses
Having a place in the courses where you can host all the documents and templates for download like the document vault

Kajabi is very well suited for coaching and consulting also great for any online training course. I wouldn't recommend Kajabi for consumable products.
I'm tech virtual consultant currently helping a staffing company build a recruiting academy using Kajabi as the hosting platform.
The client wanted to keep the technology centralized and present the course with a certain level of quality for the user experience.
It's the first time they are taking their products to the digital space so everything had to be set up: domain, landing pages, online course, payment gateway, email marketing structure, etc.
Kajabi is one of the top course building platform and it's considered and all-in-one online business platform. It helps keep the online business tech in the same place and provides a scalable hosting platform for the business.
Pros
Hosting online courses
Simple page building mechanism
Adaptable email marketing system
Cons
The page builder is not as intuitive as other competitors. It takes too many click to get around the different elements and settings.
Better onboarding mechanism and explanation of where everything is located
I'm not sure why I need to create a event to use a simple countdown on a sales page, when I could simply choose the end date I want the countdown to go to for a specific price point offer
Likelihood to Recommend
I wouldn't recommend Kajabi for someone that's starting to figure out what their product is going to be and who is the target audience. While one could argue the starting price point isn't high compared to having a brick and mortar store, it's also not practical pay between $100-$200 a month while the business figures out their offer. Kajabi is better suited for someone who has already tested their product, specifically courses, and can start selling it relatively soon after launching their Kajabi site. While Kajabi has come out with a coaching and community products, those are still in their infancy. The strength of Kajabi is in their course content delivery supported by the ability to have a simple website and email marketing system in the same platform.
