We used JustCall across our post-sales teams. It was for all contact with clients, via phone and SMS. We also integrated with Hubspot and would make calls/respond with SMS both via Hubspot and the native desktop apps. Our team used the IVR menus, as well as managed our 800 number. We leveraged the analytics in JustCall to monitor call volumes and document outcomes.

Likelihood to Recommend

In my opinion, if you have high volumes of inbound calls with many clients, I'd avoid using JustCall. I think it is far better suited for outbound calls (i.e. sales) or for small teams. I would also recommend using JustCall for 1:1 dialing, rather than a single phone number managed by a team. Their IVR setup and tracking down what happens when a call goes through IVR can be quite difficult to figure out what actually happened.

JustCall is more user friendly also we can get missed call details in notification bar immediately when our credits goes down they will notify immediately also customer care is more easily to connect through chat and call will get immediate solutions also we also add team members easily and remove easily

I have been using JustCall to text candidates through Recruitee! Such a great integration. With the current hiring needs and demands, I love how convenient it is. Nowadays, candidates get back to you faster via text than an email or call.

It has an integrated communication platform (receive and make phone calls, receive and send via text messages, voice, multimedia, and videoconferencing, among others).

We used JustCall as an option to create an internal call-center (inbound and outbound) versus sourcing an all-in-one call center solution. JustCall allowed us to do this online and set up users to work from-home or from-office without the lengthy (and expensive) setup required with outsourcing to a 3rd party call center.

JustCall was a great solution when we were looking to turn out email customer service agents into a Sales/Service agent. Setup was easy, we were able to accept incoming and create outbound calls, with an IVR setup, and increase our revenue. For a business where 24/7 uptime is crucial, I could see this as not being an ideal solution as we do encounter technical issues from time to time. For our business where 24/7 uptime is not critical, we found the solution to work very well. Uptime is likely around 98%

It has helped us internally to solve communication problems in real-time. It has been a great ally when it comes to keeping us as a work team always united and sharing experiences. It is an easy tool to implement in the organization. It has reliable and safe capabilities for those who require it.

From my experience, I could say that it is a tool that can be used when closing purchases or to negotiate with clients from all over the world. It is an easy tool to use and maintains a fairly high audio quality so there will be no problems with poor communication.

I decided to try JustCall.io because of its tight integration with Pipedrive, which we use as our CRM. It was being used by our sales and business development people. The main draw for us was its ability to allow SMS messaging to prospects and clients from within the Pipedrive platform. Studies have shown that AFTER actually speaking with a prospect, use of SMS is acceptable and in fact increases conversion to paying customers significantly when used correctly.

JustCall.Io is well suited as a backbone phone system with many capabilities for small to medium-sized businesses and their sales teams. With its rich feature set, dependable functionality, and developer and integration-friendly architecture, it could be a great solution.

The platform is less well suited for those companies that have a well established telephony solution and are only looking to take advantage of one or two of its features, such as SMS for instance. There are probably other solutions that provide the same functionality at a lower price point.
