Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Junxure in the office to delegate action items for our clients between our employees. I use Junxure every single day to organize my workflow and organize my day. Junxure is a very helpful tool to make sure that work is divided evenly, there is a detailed record of actions on client accounts, and to be sure that no steps are missed within any process.

Pros

Delegate work between employees.
Create workflows so no steps are missed within any processes.
Organize tasks with due dates.

Cons

Customer service lacking.
Redesign makes it more confusing to go back to "past due & due today actions".
Notifications when actions are assigned to you by someone else would be helpful.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think that Junxure is well suited for almost any office scenario. It is beneficial in making sure all employees are on the same page for client actions and that a detailed history is kept which can be referred to in the future. It helps to simplify all processes so would be helpful in any office.

Junxure has guaranteed productivity improvements with the use of functions that do not require coding, this means that the learning curve is very easy, improving our experience. Customer service is already a personalized and easy job to implement in many work areas, this shows that Junxure is the most suitable CRM to have a personalized relationship with customers. Junxure automation helps to more quickly distalize the most relevant information data for customers and thus improve their direct experience with the company, information control can be easily customized according to our goals and we can also make changes on the fly to have a register of the interests of our clients.

No coding required.
Personalization shows that it is a very simple tool to use.

Cons

Junxure CRM robust and very easy to customize allowing changes to be made on the fly without any inconvenience, we improve the interaction with our clients in a scalable way according to their own requirements.

It is a tool that is very easy to customize and also to use, this helps to serve our clients in a more personalized way with a modern strategy that does not require expert coders. To recommend a product, aspects of operation, usability and profitability must be considered and Junxure meets these three requirements without problems, we can also mention that it is a scalable tool.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used by every employee at our company as a CRM software to document client contacts based upon time and date and details of contact, upcoming actions, workflows such as opening accounts or money transfers, organize and save client paperwork, and to efficiently complete reoccurring office tasks that are administrative in nature or in relation to key compliance tasks.

Pros

Reports that can be created from records. There are many ways you can splice the data and Junxure can get you almost whatever information you would like (assuming that you’ve put it in the system at some point).
Amount of detail that can be added for each record level helps us to be thorough.
Their customer service is great. Whenever a problem arises they solve it or if you don’t know how to do something they can help you out.

Cons

While there is a lot of detail that can be added to each record it does take quite a few clicks to get there so it’s not as efficient as I would like for it to be.
There’s quite a learning curve to figuring out the most efficient way to create the reports you need. It’s usually possible, but it can take some trial and error which can be time-consuming.
The Home Screen is not currently customizable so there are often modules I never click on or use and then it just creates wasted space on my home page and additional clicks.

Likelihood to Recommend

It’s well suited for document management, CRM needs (especially in that it can automatically import emails), and report generation (such as needing to see all local clients and their addresses or all clients who have a complaint on file, or last contact of a client). <span style="font-size: 15px;">They have some version of being able to send out mass emails I believe but we never use that function because it seems clunky.</span>

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Junxure is being used by our entire organization as the main source of information. This includes projects and follow-up, client data, emails (both client and interoffice), status of projects, mass client notification emails, and documents. We also have integrated with many other platforms to allow us to use Junxure as our hub or main source of data.

Pros

Integrations - We have had wonderful success with our integrations like Riskalyze, Orion, Schwab, MGP, and Office 365! We are able to see client data right when we log in. Instead of using more than one tool.
User-friendly tools and website- Junxure's site is very easy to navigate and their support tools and support team is wonderful if you have questions.
Automating repetative tasks- You are able to create awesome workflows through Junxure and then monitor their progress. You are also able to alert fellow employees on the status of a task without sending an email or chat.
Office 365 Integration Email Feature-We also use Junxure to quickly click and convert an email into a task so our Inboxes in Outlook can be cleared daily! This is one of my favorite tools!

Cons

I would like to see Junxure give you the ability to change due dates of task in bulk.

Junxure is great for any office just for tracking and transparency alone! I think the earlier you start using it in your business the better. This will create good habits for the employees to start using Junxure instead of their email and chat features. These take up so much time. Time equals money! This also allows you to see the status of any project or client without having to contact fellow employees. You can even see their email correspondence, therefore, if someone is sick you do not have to call them to find out what is going on with that particular client or task.

Junxure is being used in every department. From administrators to Advisors, we are all benefiting. Time management has seen the biggest improvement, as we are spending less time with paperwork. We are all more organized, as we set the dashboard according to our company's needs. We never have to look for anything; everything is structured and has a place. Workflow and productivity have increased exponentially. The integration with Office 365 has helped us save a lot of time too. We have synced all our contacts and our calenders and even send out mass emails and newsletters from the platform.

Pros

The pending action screen will allow you to reduce your to-do list and keep it in one central, accessible place. Workflow will see a major improvement!

Cons

We don't have any disadvantages, only one struggle that we noticed when moving over to their platform. Not all our staff were digitally savvy, and we had to get training for them. Fortunately, Junxure offered free training to all our staff members, and an incredible customer service department to help when needed.

Likelihood to Recommend

Junxure has proven to be the best thing for our company, especially during COVID-19 and quarantine. We are all able to work from home and access all our clients' data online. We can assign tasks to each other without having to be in the same office space. Productivity and growth increased, and we have been able to focus more on our clients and their needs.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been working in the FinTech industry for about 5 years. I have yet to become a credentialed advisor because the need for tech-savvy admins are becoming more and more important for small firms every day. Junxure is a fantastic CRM (specifically the Cloud version, I don't know much about the older version), and is fine-tuned to the needs of an advisory firm. If you are unfamiliar with what a CRM does, it allows your whole team to track the notes from client interactions and share them with everyone. Whether it's for Compliance, Marketing, or just details about the family, a CRM keeps your whole team in harmony, and Junxure is an amazing option.

Pros

Super scalable. We have had a number of team changes that would have been a huge headache in the past. Junxure is there to save the day!
Great list of integrations and partners
Allows us to hire an independent contractor for certain needs, and give them access to our current sale pipeline.
It's so clean, it's so easy to use. People will get it day 1!

Cons

Their integration options are a little limited compared to Redtail and SF. This has never caused an issue, but it may force you to think creatively at times.
Not the cheapest option, but not the highest either. I would say it has an ok price, but pays for itself. May not be right for people struggling through their first solo year.
I would like to see them add new features a little faster. Seems that updates are few and far between. It's a growing industry, and we need new tactics to stay ahead of the robo options coming on the market.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are approved to use Junxure, go for it! There are other great options available, but I have no specific gripes about Junxure. It's easy to use, it's easy to teach (important when you are trying to show it to a 70-year-old advisor) and keeps your team on the same page. I don't know that I would fight my BD to get it approved, but if you have it as an option, it is worth a look.
