Initial set-up is a very complicated process. Jobvite provided us with an implementation specialist who walked us through each step of the process. But it is a huge undertaking, and companies need to be aware of the time investment they are making.
Support has been a bit rocky. Answers are slow to come, and often unhelpful. Our account representative is our go-to and we try to avoid support whenever possible.

This software is amazing if you take the time to set things up and make it work the right way for your company. If you are expecting a plug-and-play software, Jobvite is not for you. The auto-scheduling feature is amazing! I can request availability from a candidate, have them respond, and have the system automatically schedule the interview all within a minute. It makes it so easy and keeps things organized.
We use Jobvite as our ATS, CRM, Careers Site, and Onboarding partner. The use cases are pipeline/candidate management, social marketing, and delivery and communication about required documents/steps post-offer.

Transparency - hiring managers and recruiters can see the full activity/status/communication with a candidate.
Candidate management - the workflow helps manage your pipeline, especially with a high number of applications.
Careers site - our site is beautiful and effective.
Customization - workflows, forms, communications, etc. all customizable.
Onboarding suite - can build custom forms (and use out of the box forms, too) to have new hires complete required paperwork.

Onboarding - many fields can transfer automatically from the hiring side to the onboarding side of the system, but not all of them.
ATS - the structure of candidate applications (one candidate profile, but each application for each job has it's own record/info) can cause some minor inconveniences, but Jobvite has mitigated them.

Jobvite is a great ATS. When there are issues they force you to put a ticket in and then the ticket is closed even when the issue is still there. They use to have customer services reps that worked on your account and helped you with issues. It's all automated now and you feel as though you are not being heard when you need help.

Small and medium-sized organizations, scaling organizations. Where do you have a team that can benefit from a lot of automation When you do not have coordinators to support with scheduling, this system really helps speed up that process and automate a lot of the scheduling

Jobvite is a good applicant tracking system. It takes a good amount of time to set up so it is not a plug and play option like some others. It is well suited for companies that need an applicant tracking system that has allows candidates to apply easily and capture most information.
We use it as an ATS primarily. It tracks applications, requisitions, potential future candidates, offers, approvals, and the entire hiring process up until the point of onboarding.

I do strongly wish it included a better job database system so that I didn't need a whole separate service for that (or multiple Word docs, etc).

Jobvite is used as a Human resources acquisition tool. We use it to assist us with the onboarding of new hires or even transitions of employees into new roles. It helps limit the number of emails between two individuals and allows there to be a portal for an individual to access when they need information or need to update information.

Jobvite was very useful when used to onboard our new hires. Being a Human capital management company, we hire many individuals on a weekly basis so it helps us keep all of the paperwork organized and prevent any accidents when managing all of the data. Sometimes it does pose a problem for those who are not technologically savvy.
I use Telemetry to conduct business on a daily basis. It is used by the whole organization, solves problems as it is interactive, intuitive, and continues to enhance service with updates and new products. Telemetry keeps me organized, offers multiple formats to input data that is very helpful, also has safeguards to keep data safe and not allow me to delete something I shouldn't, etc. Great service!

For me, Talemetry is well suited to my needs as a recruiter. It hits all the functionalities I require. When they update or add new things, the company always lets me know and has a tutorial to get me up to speed and supplies training tutorials that I can access at any time. If I get stuck or can't figure out something, support helps, plus I can look it up as there is an area for that. Sometimes there are glitches, but they are solved in a timely manner that works for me.
We implemented Jobvite at our organization to support our recruiting process. The system was used by all of our organization from our executive team to our individual contributors as Jobvite allows for everyone to participate in the recruiting process. All capabilities are customizable therefore if we preferred to have some jobs be confidential, we were able to do so. We also appreciated that the workflows were also able to mirror our internal processes and had the option to integrate the system with our other HR systems.

Jobvite is best suited for organizations that are mid to large-sized as the cost for additional integrations can add up. Additionally, if you have minimum requisitions open at a time, this may not be the most cost-effective option for your business.
Jobvite is being used as our primary ATS system across the Sage Intacct organization. It is the primary system for our recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers. Employees have access to Jobvite to apply internally or refer. We use it to track candidates, schedule [interviews], receive evaluations, create campaigns using Jobvite engage, communication, etc.
