It is way better than other vendor products available in terms of customization it offers for organizing things when necessary.

Jellyfish is a platform that helps the company I work for gain full visibility across all types of work. What we loved the most was the variety of insights Jellyfish provided, which helped to increase communication and visibility between managers and their teams... ultimately, this drove critical alignment. The fact that Jellyfish can integrate with other tools that we use consistently across the board made the decision to implement Jellyfish easy. Overall, this is a great product for a better understanding of how engineering and product come together. Jellyfish looks more holistically at what engineering is working on and how it ties back to the overall roadmap and big-picture goals.

- UI and navigation aren't very intuitive and require additional research before being able to use.
- The individual developer metrics are not very useful and make the interface feel cluttered.
- Overall, it takes time for the end-user to truly learn how to use the platform and navigate. There is so much information/data available that although the above is a con, we felt it still made sense, despite the learning curve.
